No. Just...no. We will NOT be going back. First, they got my order wrong entirely. Second, we had four people and only three orders came out, while mine was missing all together and the waiter didn't even notice until I had to ask where my food was at. When it came out? Not even close to what I ordered. Not even sure what it was they gave me, as I'd ordered a chicken fingers and some chicken enchilada soup. Third, when my food finally did come out, the white gravy was stone cold and only half filled in the tiny cup they provide for four large chicken tenders. I asked for them to warm it up and bring me an extra cup. They brought an extra cup of COLD white gravy but didn't warm up the one I sent back at all. This time, the waiter made himself scarce, because we're pretty sure that since so many things had gone wrong, he was afraid of what this "demanding customer" might ask of him to do this time. Seriously....is it THAT hard to serve all meals at once, the correct meals ordered, and hot, reasonable proportions? Eventually, he brought us a check, and it was then that I asked to speak with management. Do you know that we sat there for over 45 minutes waiting with no one coming to follow up? I got so pissed off over it all that I just left and vowed to never set foot in this place again! I will never recommend this location to ANY of my visiting friends or family, or any new residents who move into the area. This is THE WORST Chili's I've ever been to in my...
Read moreIt was the first date night my husband and I had in a while and we love Chilis so why not. It was pretty packed but it's a Friday night so pretty typical. We'd ordered our drinks and then noticed there was a special where you could get a Margherita for $2.50 so I was like, dank. Our Texas fries showed up and we didn't have utensils but no biggie; then my salad came and we still didn't have a fork but I have social anxiety and I know these people prolly hitting dab pens in the back so again no biggie, like I had 2 drinks anyway 🤷♀️ then we asked for utensils and got paper packs with only knives, which is such a dab pen hitter thing to do so it's chill.
We finally got forks and then our food which tasted like somebody looked at seasoning for the rice but didn't open it. Same with the beans, the overcooked steak, and I mean at least I had a side of ranch. But you don't go to Chili's for the gourmet Gordon Ramsey experience, you truly go for the white trash version of Applebee's and we knew what we signed up for. Still tipped 20% because we're not trash human beings. My drinks made me forget about no seasonings and my husband almost went into the kitchen rather than the bathroom. 10/10 would go again with our own...
Read moreOh my goodness, from the host, to the waitress (especially), to the tender of the bar, to the evening manager, and the day manager... thank you for an amazing dinner for me and mom.
We check out many eateries and Chili's in Corsicana gets mom's Dining Experience of the Week Award!!! Good customer service is getting harder and harder to find these days, especially with employment issues based on the signs of our times with the pandemic and all.
Excellent suggestions, a willing attitude and everything done with a smile, even when some other guests may give a hard time (yeah I was paying attention). Not something I think is trained but is examples and promoted from the top down is the only explanation I have come up with so far.
As for the food... and drinks.... felt like a king and everyone already knew exactly what I wanted before I did.
Thanks again for a great meal and experience. Definitely a stop...
