Placed an online order and after an hour i decided to call the store to check on my order. I was immediately placed on hold for almost 30 minutes. Once I finally got to speak to someone, I was greeted with an attitude and was told my order would go out next. When I asked how long it may take for me to get my order, the person on the phone said there was only one driver who should take 15 minutes to get back to the store. I then asked if it'd take around 20 minutes then, since I live fairly close. I was told it may take 30 to 40 minutes since the driver was new and the person on the phone had been working for 10 hours (not sure why she felt the need to tell me that). When I told her I live 4 blocks away so it should not have to take that long , I was rudely told I could just pick it up myself, so I said I'd to that and they hung up.
I made it to the store and the person at the counter handed me my food and wished me a good day. He was nice enough but I had to ask for the delivery fee and driver tip to be refunded since I was picking up the order myself. He stayed quiet for a minute and then said he'd need to cancel the entire order and then place a new one with the correct amount. He said it in a way that felt like it was too much of a hassle so I wouldn't agree. Unfortunately for him, I said that was okay. He stayed quiet for a minute again and processed the cancelation and new ticket. I paid and he immediately said his goodbyes... but then I asked for a receipt. Again he stayed quiet, and once the ticket was printed he barely touched it and handed/dropped it on my hand.
Not sure what's going on at the store, but this really did not have to be so complicated... there was no apology offered and I had to ask for things that should have been offered. I do like their pizza, but with this experience I don't think I'll be making any...
Read more1st off They rarely answer the phone, but never when I call. I've been in there several times while the phone rings and they just let it keep ringing and few times I have seen them answer it. The guy who makes the pizzas is very rude. And I've seen him answer the phone and be rude to the caller. I went in once and asked if my order was ready and the cashier asked him if my order was ready. He yelled back "it's gonna be 30 minutes! They can cancel it if they don't wanna wait!” mind you I had already been waiting 30 minutes. Another customer in the store asked why he was being so hostile and aggressive. And when I walked in to the store another costumer was walking out and said be careful in there one of the workers is on a rampage or something. So before I even got there he was already being very unprofessional apparently. I think his name is Robert. At least that's what it says in the dominos app. It says Robert began preparing youryour order and then gives a time. Honestly if I go in there and get my pizzas today and he's acting like this all over again I would just like to see him fired. If you don't like working somewhere and it makes you a rude person you should just quit. In fact I'll do a video on my phone started from me about to pull up at dominos. Read moreI recently ordered a Honolulu specialty pizza from this Domino's in corsicana , I paid for extra cheese extra sauce extra bacon and extra ham, there are a lot of patches on my pizza where there should be sauce and cheese but the cutting inspector said that he looked at the pizza and it looked fine to him ,that's fine and dandy if you're the one not paying for it to say ,but since you weren't this isn't the best quality ,I ordered a pizza a couple of weeks before and it was smashed the driver put my marbled cookie dessert on top of the pizza and my whole pizza got stuck to the top of the box, after this had happened I was so nice to give the driver a $7 tip almost practically probably 10 bucks but like I said , Pizza drivers and pizza workers need to be more mindful and pay attention to serving quality customer orders for Domino's, because otherwise it looks like the customers trying to complain and that's all they want to do ,and in general actuality the problem starts with the quality of service, thank you Domino's team I hope you really improve on food presentation ,work...
