I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the recent visit to your establishment. Today, I had an incredibly frustrating experience that compelled me to cancel my order and leave without receiving any service. After placing my order, it took me 15 minutes to drive to your Subway location. Upon arriving at the drive-through window, I was told to "hold on," and I patiently waited for an additional 20 minutes without any acknowledgement or updates on the delay. My attempts to call out for attention went unnoticed, adding to my frustration. At the drive-through window, another employee seemed entirely indifferent to my presence. Despite her action of grabbing a cup, she failed to communicate or acknowledge my order. After waiting for about 3 minutes, I decided to drive to the front and walked into the store to inquire about my order. The staff member explained that the microphone was malfunctioning and they were busy, yet five people were working the counter, none of whom were available to address customers at the drive-through window. Unfortunately, this level of disorganization and lack of responsiveness is not an isolated incident. My wife faced a similar ordeal about two weeks ago when she waited for approximately 5 minutes at the drive-through without anyone taking her order. She had to call the restaurant's number for attention and place her order over the phone while still waiting in the drive-through line. Subsequently, she endured another 10 minutes of waiting for someone to come to the window to pay. Although the employee eventually apologized and offered her order for free, the overall experience reflects poorly on your establishment's work ethic and training procedures. Today I went there and was going to get a footlong cold cut combo but the young know nothing girl at the window said j had to order from the speaker. I said I can't hear from back there she said you have to anyway. I told her to get me the manager. This big fat rude woman came to the window and told me I would have to go back around. I told her I had been ordering from the window for 13 years because I cold not hear well. She talked down to me like I was an idiot and she did not have one ounce of customer service. The main manager at this location has consistantly hired people without class and not an inkling of what customer service is about I am not sure I'll ever go back. Second, the girl who took my order through drive thru, instead of telling me BEFORE I PAID, that they didnāt have the chips that I ordered, she just put another kind in the bag without asking, and when I told her I ordered a different kind, she rudely replied āthis is all we haveā. Iāve worked in the restaurant business before and Iām sorry but thatās not how that goes. You kindly reply WHILE PUTTING THE ORDER IN, āIām sorry, weāre currently out of those would you like to get another kind?ā So rather than receiving the ones I wanted, I had already paid, so I didnāt have much of a choice but to get the ones she claimed is all yāall had left.
