If I could leave negative Stars I would the food has always been all right but the service and the people working there would get the negative reviews I placed an order online over the weekend for my child's birthday party well I had to call and change the time when the employee answered the phone they just said hello not thanks for calling Little Caesars or anything like that so I had to ask if that was Little Caesars and then I asked if I could change the time she said yes but when I got there at the new pickup time nothing was ready the employee never relayed the message and so when I spoke to management I asked if there was any type of compensation for customer satisfaction maybe an extra sauce or something I didn't mind waiting the extra 15-20 minutes and when she told me there was nothing they do for customer satisfaction and that I should have spoke to a manager instead of whoever answered the phone I even showed them my call log that they could see that I did call she said nobody took that phone call and I told her to go ahead and get the food ready and this would just be the last time I visited that location so she canceled my order out completely and told me to go somewhere else why would anybody want to continue doing business with a place like this then slam the window in my face when I'm trying to ask how long it's going to take to get my money back called management she said she was aware of the situation but there's nothing more that can be done they don't give out free food I know plenty of other places that for customer satisfaction they try to work with you this place does not they are rude and very unprofessional and she told me she canceled my order because I was the one with the attitude so thank you for almost ruining my child's birthday luckily I did find a place...

Placed order at 6:18 for a supreme. Window clerk said wait out front I'll bring it out in about 15 minutes. Twenty minutes later an elementary graduate brought a pizza to the vehicle that had been behind us. Walked in to request a refund & the same elementary graduate window clerk by the name of Lania g starts up some combative dialogue towards me like I'm in the wrong for coming in & questioning the whereabouts of our pizza. Gives some blah blah bs story about new people working here etc etc itll be right out, waited a few more minutes & finally just said give me a refund. The so called manager comes up front like I'm some public enemy for requesting a refund, she took five more minutes to retrieve my money. Suddenly everyone in there is at the front register ready to throw down or something, crazy.... Long story short I'll never be going back & corporate will be getting a phone call first thing tomorrow. š...By the way if anyone in there could get on the same page using this thing called " communication & customer service" which undoubtedly is a fading commodity!.....I'm sure it could double profits or more easily! People aren't coming in there to make friends with the staff or employees, so just turn out the quality product that little cesasars can, smile, take they're money & say....next. Leave all the high school, political left wing bs at the house, turn off your damn cellphones & get to work. The lady at the counter with glasses told the others and myself there would be a 6 minute wait in between orders. While waiting patiently the lady with the glasses locked eyes with me three times so she knew I was there. Everyone who came in after me got their orders and I was still left waiting. One of the other workers asked my name for the order because someone elseās order was ready. The lady who took my order asked my name because another order besides mine was ready. I asked her is MY order ready because you told me 6 minutes. She asked me did you step out? I said NO you locked eyes me three times and gave everyone elseās order who came In after me first. She said well I wasnāt the one who put the pizza in the box! She was quick to blame someone else instead of apologizing for the long wait. Already irritated because I didnāt enjoy the service the lady just said thank you and walked away. Donāt lie to your customers and donāt expect them not to be upset and own up to your mistakes instead of putting blame on others. The pizza was very dry and hard. Also the cheese bread was hard and way to much of the seasoning. I wouldnāt go back to this location. Lastly looks like there are a lot of other upset reviews on here because of bad service and lying. Up to you if you choose this location maybe your order will...
