10â if the scale was 1-10. My son and I went in for some treats but unfortunately they were short on our preferred order. We went in intend on ordering a dozen cinna bons but they only had 4 left. Wasn't interested in purchasing 4 at nearly the same price of 12 so I crossed my fingers hoping the next Taco Bell on our path home would surely have what we were looking for. We politely decline leaving them for the next costumer with a sweet tooth. Then just as we turned to go a kind employee, who seemed to be in management, stopped us and told the one working the counter to let us have 2 of their 4 they had left, free of charge. We thanked them extensively when they handed us our sweet treat, wished them a Happy New Year as they did the same and went about our business. Once we were back on the road and had the chance to savor their delicious cinna bons... Upon opening the bag we noticed they gave us their very last 4 instead of 2. Nothing could have made us more happier. Sweet tooth in check the rest of the day! Food 5â because who doesn't love their cinna bons. Service 5â because they went above AND beyond to satisfy my son's and my cravings. Atmosphere 5â because well it was just 5â....
   Read moreThe worst customer service, as I asked for more mild, because I had 3 burritos & only 4 packets, she wouldnât give me anymore. I would have paid for it.. & then wouldnât even let me finish before slamming the door in my face at the drive through.. and wouldnât open the window back up. So I left and as I got down the road, I then realized I didnât have my drink.. my kids were hungry so I didnât turn around, Iâve tried calling.. no answer.. then I get home and start giving everyoneâs food , & I was missing burritos. So now I donât have a drink and 1 of the burritos. Then my beefy burrito only had a bite of meat at the very end of it.. Iâm over all disappointed.. & I understand itâs fast food, but at least give me what I paid for & do what youâre getting paid to do! If your customer service sucks & you donât wanna deal with people, find a different job! Very upset & very disappointed.. I love Taco Bell, but this just did me in for not wanting to ever go back! I could get street tacos, support small local business, get better service and food quality, for around the same im paying for disrespect & not even getting...
   Read moreThis evening I made an online order, and arrived 15-20minutes later. While waiting in the lobby I ordered the grilled cheese nacho fries. The nacho fries came out 5-10 minutes later, so I asked "what about my other order?" The employee rudely replied " I only got that order" (the single order of grill cheese nacho fries.) I said that I should have an online order as well. After trying to locate my order they began preparing a new one. Literally 30 minutes later my order was "finished" at a glance I saw that an entire meal (one of three) was missing. I waited maybe 2 more minutes to receive my missing meal. I was relieved, thanked the employee, and left. When I arrived home I realized that there was no meat on any of my order! 2 burritos, 2 chalupas, and a crunchy taco all missing their primary ingredient. +/- $20 and roughly an hour spent on an extremely basic order. I am not typically a person who complains, but this wasn't a simple mistake. This was staff blatantly refusing to provide purchased goods to customers that were being very friendly...
