The worst place to eat!!! I ordered a kids plate for my daughter but the waitress (who was the manager) said they don't do that anymore and suggested to get her a adult plate. I mean she's just a child and I'm not going to waste food to have her have a few bites. Then I ended up ordering the sesame chicken to share with her. My husband got the sweet and sour chicken. We then got our food it looked nice, but when we literally took one bite it was so distasteful. A minute later the waitress came back to ask us how everything was and I told her I didn't like how it tasted. I told her I didn't want to eat the rest and I refuse to pay for the food and if she could get the ticket so I can pay for the drinks and she said no. I told her I thought the food was gross. She then walked in the back speaking her native language and brought the employees from the back to the front talking while they just stared at us. She told me it was my responsibility to pay for my entire meal. She then avoids us to talk to her co workers. She didn't try resolve anything but ended up making things more complicated. She didn't even trying talking to me until I have to ask if I have to call the authorities to help with this matter. I ended up having to call them and she told the cops that I have to pay for half. I ended up just paying half for food I didn't even eat. Long story short, Please don't even waste your time nor money at this establishment. Not only distasteful food but rude and unprofessional...
Read moreTerrible customer service and prices. Food was fair, except for the fried rice. It was nearly inedible. Got a kung Pao chicken meal and a king pao tofu meal. It costs $28.00 and some change. It costs $10 for the base meal, and then $3 extra for 1 tiny egg roll, 1 cream cheese wonton, and a small soup. We received our to-go order, and noticed in the parking lot, we had not gotten the fried rice, which I had ordered for $1 extra with the chicken meal. I went back inside to inquire, and the worker told me I never asked for it, and that it is a dollar extra (the same price she told me as I was ordering the fried rice, lol) and then asked me to bring her back the white rice, so she could make it a single serving of each. I thought that was strange, that they may serve that same white rice that had left the restaurant, to some other unsuspecting fool. I get the serving of each rice, and head home 25 minutes away, then realizing that we never got the soups that were supposed to come with the meal! We called back, hoping they would be apologetic, perhaps comping something extra, simply said, 'you already got a discount, we didn't charge you the dollar for the fried rice, and we can only credit you two soups for the future.' We were disappointed completely with the customer service, and the fried rice...
Read moreThe only outstanding thing about this place is the speed with which my food was prepared. I got sesame chicken, mongolian beef, egg drop soup, and spring rolls, to go.
(I want to say, first, that I was offered the lunch buffet 'to go' but the food looked like it was maybe passed the time when it should have been swapped out-the chicken on a stick had been there for so long it actually looked like jerky! Yuck.)
So, my mongolian beef was actually kinda alright. It was good beef, cooked just right, and the sauce was somewhat flavorful, however it was drowned in vegetables, which I find annoying; after all, I ordered mongolian beef, not mongolian vegetables. But I digress...
The spring rolls tasted like they were store-bought, the egg drop soup had almost no flavor.
Lastly, the sesame chicken was not good. It honestly had that highly American-ized "chinese food" flavor that I think really means sub-par or extremely cheap ingredients are being used.
Overall...
