Was told I couldn't use the app for rewards, and they gave us our order missing multiple items. We checked, thankfully, and went back in line. They were apologetic over the intercom but then forgot what we were missing when we got to the window. We still were missing items after the second go-around and chose to head home, defeated. The missing tacos that we did receive had barely any meat inside. They gave us more sauce by weight than the actual food we ordered (but none of the avocado sauce that comes with Cantina items, which we ordered). Because I couldn't use rewards (and the receipt is missing the rewards code), I can't contact Taco Bell about the poor service on the order. I also am completely unable to communicate with Taco Bell via "Contact Us" through their app or website. Both return a blank screen no matter the browser or device. Calling them yields a robot who "does not understand" when I am PRESSING THE NUMBER FROM THE LIST OF OPTIONS! I legit was just was reading my friends order and was reading it off my screen and took a small pause to make sure I read it right and then proceeded to read the rest of their order off the screen quickly because he was rushing me with no one absolutely no one in line in front or behind me ๐Secondly~ I got up to the window he was a bit nicer butttt just causally vaping while working inside and probably during his whole shift โฆ and the other workers and him were all just casually cussing and swearing while conversing like their off shift like come on itโs not that hard to be nice, pay attention to orders since you wanna rush people and miss items๐, have some patience and put on your customer service act on!!! I went back inside to grab some and they were out of the "hot" flavor on their self serve counter. I waited patiently at the counter to ask for some and when no one came to help I peeked around the corner and asked for help. I was rudely told to wait. So I waited and waited. Still no one. The entire time I was waiting, the manager was cracking jokes and standing around talking to his staff while they worked and he talked. I asked loudly this time if I could please just get some hot sauce. The manager told me to go eat at Burger King across the street if I've got a problem. Wow. The WORST customer service I've EVER seen. Not to mention their prices are ridiculously expensive compared to other taco bells. I hope they close...
