Creno's Pizza — Restaurant in Coshocton

Always loved Crenos - actually for years it’s been my first choice for pizza. However, I will not be patronizing the Coshocton site after the terrible experience I encountered. Ordered an extra large meat lovers with extra cheese, onion and banana peppers for pick up. Live 7 miles out of town so travel to get it. Picked it up only to get home, started eating it and realize there’s no meat at all on the pizza. Someone from out of town was visiting me and paid for the pizza which was $32.96. Called the store and told them wanted a refund which was met with we can do that but someone from customer complaints will have to contact you in 3-5 business days to make that decision. Then additional wait time for the refund. Again, person is from out of town. I was told another option is they could make another pizza with what we ordered and they would deliver it. An hour and a half later the delivery driver arrived. She told me she needed the wrong pizza back??? Otherwise they could not give me the right one??? Ummmm, it’s been forever to get here so we ate it and besides - what were you going to do with it??? The response was well they should have told you that. Wasn’t the delivery drivers fault but I let her know that was ridiculous! She called the manager and I continued to get the run around. After 15 minutes I told the delivery driver forget it you can take the pizza back. I’m a huge fan of Crenos but you can let management know they lost a valuable customer. Lived in Zanesville and never ever did I have an issue. The owner, Eric, always treated me right and appreciated my business. So, guess I will go to Zanesville and get it there. Do better - I never complain but this was beyond ridiculous. And not to mention $32.96 for a cheese, onion and banana pepper pizza as that’s what we ended up with?!?! I can’t even fathom the lack of customer service…..DO BETTER AS PRICES ARE HIGH OR THIS LOCATION WILL NOT HAVE ANY...

This is the only place that will deliver to us. Had some decent pizza over a year ago but it’s went beyond downhill with the food. Stromboli have turned into grease dripping soggy. Had a BLt sub a month ago come on it’s bacon Bits fake even and had 1 tomatoe . Today I got a steak sub and UM! It’s a patty? Lettuce is beyond wilted. I’ll show the picture yes I ate half but come on I paid for it. No peppers no onions. I had 2 inch and a half tomatoes on a 10” sub. I had to add my own Mayo it came dry. Customer service is awesome but someone needs to go in and police the quality of the food . So bad won’t order until I hear things are changing.Only reason it gets a two is because they deliver to Warsaw and yes they are always nice people. But the dog will eat the rest...

Overpriced, overcooked, does not live up to its namesake and is unlike any other in the franchise. I liked Creno’s and was excited when Coshocton got one, but this location does NOT taste like any of the others and is WAY overpriced, let’s call it the home of the $50 single pizza, because that’s what anything of real taste and value will cost you. Why they feel a need to price gouge society, especially in Coshocton, is a stupid business move. They’d be better off shutting down or hiring some better quality workers and upping the value they offer customers, because it’s hugely lacking for a lack luster pizza and a poorly...
