I've been looking forward to eating here again for years. The timing just never worked out until today. Unfortunately I wish I wouldn't t have. The woman who took my order was not friendly nor helpful. Our chicken was dry, the bean were served in a sloppy/messy container.

The salsa bar had diffrent styled tongs and spoons like WTH. The Pico de Gallo had tong to serve yourself with... tongs really?!?!. When I asked if there was a ladle I was told I could use a regular spoon. Come on management... you can't tell me this is news to you.

The seating area was okay, the mens restroom was disgusting stuff stuck on the wall above the urinal. No trash can, and the hand air dryer looks to have been installed by someone who didnt take any pride in thier work. I've always raved about Charro Chicken since back when it was on 19th street. I cant fathom recommending this place until it gets its act together.

Miss the old days when there was pride at this establishment. I still remember the grand opening.

Great to go place. When I am feeling lazy and don’t want to venture off to the unknown I stick to the classic grilled chicken. Must have their lemon garlic seasoning on the grilled chicken, with a side of mash potatoes and beans. I like to roll it up on the flour tortillas it comes with and make my own grilled chicken, mash, beans tacos. I know it sounds weird, but it taste great.

Service: It’s fast, just how I like my food to go. Call in 10 minutes before you arrive and your newly grilled chicken will be expecting you.
