I had the worst experience, I stopped 10 min. before they opened, so I waited at the door not knowing they had 2 doors. At opening, the lady went to open the other door first, she even pushed open and took a step out. There was no one at that door. When she came to the door I was at, she just unlocjed it and walked away. ok, so i walked in and went to the counter and waited for another 5 min. while the other "barista" stocked pastries, i don't know where the lady had gone off to but sge finally returned and came to the counter very annoyed and asked "what do you want," I contained my irritation because I was going to work and it was too late to go elsewhere, I wanted 2 cafe travelers, she tells me it will be at least 1/2 hour before she can get those. I ask why, because she had to brew the iced coffee and get the shop ready. The sign says they open at 04:30, i gues they meant 04:30ish. Very bad service, poor attitudes, no, I left with no coffee but i know where i shall not go in the future. at least there are 6 more srarbucks just as close, maybe they want...

This location certainly should adjust the Staffing for the weekend morning crowd during the holidays.
Additionally, not having something as simple as honey for a menu item is disappointing. Especially when it's an item that can reasonably be acquired from a market or Nother local Starbucks, since there's always more than one clustered together.
And, please also ensure that attentiveness by the employees is being practiced, in that they are being observant of those amongst the customer crowd and how long they've been there.
