Next there's Shirley's Bagels! (And by far the best one of their couple locations seems to be the general consensus) across from the pet.etore of course, which imo, is the best bagel shop onon this earth, and . definitely not alone in that belief! Normally I would associate a pizza bagel with a cheap very low class food- this place will prove that notion wrong with their absolutely incredible Pizza bagels. But whatever your taste- shileys has a bagel, and a very fresh and very delicious type to suite your taste and if they dont- they can make it for you. Best part is tho some things are a little pricey- not overly so at all, but nonetheless: there are so many things, and they are the main things people.order that are actually quite cheap for the amount of work they put in. And a decent price.for the amount of food in general.

Then of course there is mi casa Mexican restaurant. Still reasonable but has gotten much much more pricey over the years. There are some really amazing things at micasa to eat, and some that are just good food but not nearly worth what is charged. Some of the specials can be absolutely to die for and worth every cent when you want to spend a little more (and not a fortune at a very expensive Mexican place). There house salsas (in the bar area or by order at the table)some of the best green hot salsa I've ever tasted. Good atmosphere and the waiters are usually perfect if just a little overworked. there can be a wait sometimes and parking(my next point about the center) can be a problem at certain hours and require a decent walk - especially if they are disabled or frail - which isn't truly much if an issue for most people but it can be a hastle) walk from the other side of the shopping center. At this center parking can be an issue in the mornings also because I'd the starbucks or whatever is in it's place there now, and Shirley's bagels especially can be hard to find parking for- don't use the rear lot off of Westminster when it's busy- you are better out in the main lot. And Shirley's line can get out the door easily and quite long when it's busy so it helps to have someone that can jump out of the car and get in line while the other finds decent parking.

The repair and cleanliness of this center is remarkable for the amount of traffic it receives and as a bonus because of the layout and good visibility tends to be very safe.

The last long-standing highlight of the centerhave to be celestino's deli. Their sandwiches are just awesome and they have some very delicious things in their little store inside. The price is quite fair to especially considering the quality and fewshnees. Highly recommended for late afternoon lunchon the go fonsiderig the quality price freshness and expediency. I really don't like this shopping center. The Vons grocery store here is very poorly staffed and you can always reliably count on seeing at least two if not three employees sitting out in front that are already grossly obese or overweight smoking a million cigarettes and then dragging that stench into the store with them. So I don't really like to shop in that store the CVS there is very understaffed you can walk in there and any given time and fortunately you'll see at least 7 if not 10 people in line with one cashier. And the cashier will say I'm sorry I'm the only one on staff right now. This is not acceptable to me. Personally I think they should tear the store down and turn it into a movie theater or rolling rink and CVS needs to step it up and put some employees on the floor and the manager needs to stop spending so much time outside the back door talking to people making deliveries and keep his butt on the floor stepping in when he doesn't have staph on the...
