I went as a walk in to the nail salon and first of all it looked very run down and dirty & had a bunch of brushes sitting out by the waiting area (totally unsanitary). But I was in a rush so decided to stay. I was quoted one price for my nails and toes & when I checked out they upped it by $20 & never told me that removing my old polish or adding tips to dip was more (no other salon charges extra for those). My pedicure was done by a guy & he was extremely rough, pulled on my legs, gave me less than a one minute massage on each leg & dug like crazy in my cuticles and I had to tell him to stop because it hurt. He literally did my pedicure in less than 20 min with gel & they charged me $40. Not to mention they all spoke in Vietnamese the whole time with is so rude. Not happy at all & highly recommend going...

If I could give it zero stars I would!! Worse experience EVER! The guy who did my manicure was super rough and did it so quickly but it was painful. He seemed annoyed AF when I would say Ow... The nails were just a disaster, 2 different people did my nails...the lady whom I didn't get her name was terrible I told her 3 times I didn't want the product piled on and not smoothed out! I dyed my hair Red 7 months ago with Splat Hair dye. I told her all of the options im up for cause im an open person. I paid $250 for my hair bleached 3 times(didn't do it right) she didn't even part it right. My scalp burned and I almost cried even though I have a good pain tolerance. She also said she would do the black ombre look when she did a light brown that came out patchy. I can still see red and blonde. I will never come to this place again.
