My very first negative experience at a Starbucks - ever. I suppose it was bound to happen. The cashier not only got my order wrong after I explicitly, specifically stated I wanted the boba refresher with the coconut milk in it. And then the barista that I expressed concern to made it seem like it was my fault when I stated I had requested the one with coconut milk. To top it off, I always spell my name for Starbucks when they ask for my name. M-Y-K-L-E. The cashier says, "that's too much" and intentionally, deliberately misspelled my name as M-I-C-H-A-E-L. It may seem ridiculous to the careless employees, but it isn't to me. That's my name. It's my identity. Pretty disappointed considering Starbucks is known for their excellent service and friendly staff. If you don't care for customers and don't like your job - maybe consider getting a different one?? Just a logical concept to...

I complained to her about this, but she insisted it was bacon pointing the ham in the sandwich lol. I've ordered the same sandwich over 20 times in a year here. Cause I had to go , I just took the ham sandwich, but it's amazing that a staff member who can't differentiate the difference between ham and bacon is making it. But the manager is...
