"Land of the free... because of the brave" a great big thank you to all our United States Veterans. This hidden History gem is a refreshing water fall of beautiful sharp photographs, video recordings, games, and memorabilia that is sure to capture your mind and heart. You must visit in order to learn more about this dangerous, yet satisfying arduous commitment to first class journalism. The docent that guided our tour was an energetic, passionate, very knowledgeable, walking catalog of information. Admission is free! Located at the OC Fair &Event Center 88 Fair Dr., Costa Mesa, CA 92626 Enter through Fair Dr., Gate 1

Went here to visit the exhibit that they have at this time. At this time it was the photos that Stanley Troutman took during his time as a war correspondent during WWII. Reading all his letters and seeing the photos give the war a more personal view of the war.

A great place to honor America's military and to learn a little bit of history. Beautiful location and beautifully restored building. Nice place for any individual. Older children can learn a lot here.

As a local, I was blown away by all that I learned about this area during WWII and what it was at that time. I could spend hours discovering all the interactive content there is to learn from in this original army barrack when it was part of the Santa Ana Army Airbase. The staff is friendly and full of knowledge and wisdom and meeting veterans who volunteer here and who visit and hearing their stories has been a gift that I can live with the rest of my life. And the air conditioning is a real plus! Can't wait for the new exhibit and...

A very special museum on the fairgrounds of the OC Fair & Events Center in an old Army barracks. It is free with free parking. It has really interesting exhibits and very knowledgeable Exhibit Attendants. There are two exhibits inside and the outdoor backspace has a jet and the Medal of Honor recipients from OC plaques. It is located next door to Centennial Farm which is nice to visit after the museum. I loved my visit to...
