Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Costa Mesa

I give it 5 stars Maybe everyone should stop looking at the reviews and giving every employee at this store a chance every fast food is understaff to me it was amazing seeing how this guy and girl were working hard on a super busy day morning to night because they have short staff be calm and give them a chance pizza takes about 8mins to cook maybe other 8 to make there not robots there humans working hard everyday but me myself I would order from here it might take 18 mins for pick up or 60-80 for delivery but be patient people are so damn not patient it was sad how people as customers are rude now this guy was yelling at the people working there one night because of being place on hold 😂 again be patient fkn clown but overall this place is amazing and good...

Ordered the new "Cheeseburger" pizza which ended up being nothing like the adds on TV. As far as taste, was not appetizing in the least. A month later I figured I would give it a try after seeing the "Sweet Chili Chicken" pizza with half supreme just in case it was terrible like the cheeseburger pizza, I would have something to eat. I opened the box and it was pepperoni and sausage pizza with olive. I called to express my concern about the pizza and "Kevin" the manager said he will fix it and deliver a new pizza but he needed to call me back. I purchased a barbeque sauce pizza from Papa John's on 19th Street in Costa Mesa and noticed that the pizza was soaked in barbeque sauce (see picture) and I could not eat it. I returned the pizza and the girl behind the counter indicated she was the manager. When I asked her for a refund or an exchange she would not give me one. When I asked her for the name of her supervisor she called the police and they came. Is it the practice of Papa John's now to call the police if you have a complaint or want to return a $6.00 pizza?
