Came here yesterday and was so happily surprised when I found the restroom was open to the public!! I will skip certain places these days when I have to 'go' like Starbucks has theirs closed so I won't go half the time. This is the only reason for 3 stars.. I went today and there was no one cunning to take my order so I started checking my phone, this and that and would look up to see if someone would acknowledge me and nope, the kid at the drive through window was busy but would look over once maybe twice that I saw, would then look at the girl working the food line as if it was her responsibility to come help me but she would never look my way and kept making food. Do then I notice the gentleman with his family of 5 sitting and waiting patiently for his order was starting to look at me as if he was concerned and thinking 'aren't you gonna say something, don't let them ignore you', lol. I decided to take a break, to let them catch-up and guess where I went, yup, to the bathroom lol. I came back and same thing except now the family was gone and a pretty girl got to place her order it seems and still no one acknowledging me. So I left and went to McDonald's a few buildings down and they were awesome, as always. They always make the double quarter pounder fresh and it takes a while and the girl looked like she was so sorry to have to ask me to park and wait and I was happy to. Taco bell dining room, if you need to bathroom otherwise go through the...
Read moreI donât normally write reviews, but what happened at this Taco Bell deserves to be called out. We were picking up an order for my friendâs disabled uncle â literally doing a good deed â and were met with one of the most rude, toxic, and audacious employees Iâve ever encountered in customer service (photo attached â beware).
From the second we approached the counter, his attitude was dripping with hostility. He rolled his eyes like we were interrupting his day just by existing. When my friend asked a simple question about the order, he responded with sarcasm, heavy sighs, and this smug tone that screamed âI donât want to help you.â He was snappy, condescending, and visibly annoyed â for no reason. It wasnât just unprofessional, it was disgusting.
There was no empathy, no basic courtesy, nothing. Just pure entitlement and bad energy. The way he treated us â while we were trying to do something kind for someone with a disability â was beyond offensive. This wasnât someone having a bad day. This was someone who should not be working with the public.
To the Taco Bell management: If this is the type of behavior youâre allowing in your store, expect to keep losing customers. No one deserves to be talked down to, especially not while helping someone else.
This experience was so unnecessarily upsetting. Shame on this employee for his behavior, and shame on the management if they donât take...
Read moreTaco Bell - A Disappointing Experience
This location feels like a prime example of the "Taco Bell assembly line" model, where minimal care is put into the food or the customer service experience. The quality is consistently poor, with tacos that are sloppily put together and barely passable even by fast food standards.
I've often held out hope that locations in more affluent areas might operate better--maybe franchisees who pay and train staff more effectively could deliver a slightly improved experience. Sometimes that's true, but unfortunately, not here.
I'll admit, I don't frequent Taco Bell often. My recent mistake of trying it through DoorDash, combined with a couple of disappointing pickups, confirmed my hesitation. Even a basic soft or hard shell taco was underwhelming--truly a letdown.
If you're curious, I suggest you come and see for yourself, but don't...
