I come here all the time and I love it! However tonight I had an unpleasant experience. The girls working tonight were very rude and unfriendly. I placed an order for online and i came to pick it up and it was already ready. I stand at the window outside to pick up my drinks, one of the work tees opens the window and calls out a name for another customers order and hands it to him and as I try to ask about my order I’m picking up she slams the window shut. So I continue to wait as she’s probably busy and will come back. However I’m waiting at the window for about 5 more minutes and the girls are inside looking at me and not doing anything. So I walk inside and say I’m picking up an order, the 3 matchas as I’m pointing to them on the counter. The girl rudely says “yeah that’s gonna be the window outside.” So I go outside and wait yet again. She comes to the window and says what’s the name and order and I tell her, i also say it’s the matchas on the counter. She then rudely asks to see the order on my phone and doesn’t even look at it, and finally gives me my drinks and doesn’t say anything and proceeds to slam the window shut again.

I understand it might be a busy and stressful shift but please do not take it out on your customers. These workers make management and the business look bad. The review is solely based on these workers performance and attitude. Hopefully management does something about it, I love...

Tastea is one of our favorite boba franchises because their drinks are super fresh and flavorful. Their menu is the same as all their other places and we've never had any problems with our drinks. I highly recommend any of their Specialteas since they come with fresh fruit!

Passion Attraction: 9/10 - fresh and comes with coconut jelly Bootea Shaker: 10/10 - refreshing and the black jelly is a nice addition Matcha Milk Tea: 8/10 - decent matcha flavor Honey Boba (Topping): 10/10 - soft and chewy Crystal Boba (Topping): 9/10 - good but portion was small

The interior is spacious and they offer a couple of tables and benches to sit at. The shop itself is located in a plaza with Stater Bros so parking should be pretty easy considering there are always people going in and out. The workers were nice but took a while to make our drinks even though we were the only ones in the shop. Nevertheless, it's still one of our favorite boba shops in the area and we can't wait to come back!

Awesome boba tea place. Love how they have fruit pieces as an option for add ons. Also they have a gigantic 32oz size which should be a standard size for other tea places.

One thing that they don't do is the vacuum seal on the cup though, which is a little annoying since it's harder to bike home with it in my backpack.

Update- I love this boba shop. I honestly love this place so much. I've had all of their teas on their menu and a few of the blended drinks. I enjoy the Strawberry Ecsteasy the most.

The boba though... Omfg...The first few times I've had the boba here, it was really good but nothing spectacular. Just a unique colored boba I thought. But the past few times I came here to get some drinks, the boba was on another level. I've never, ever, ever had boba like this in my entire life and I've consumed copious amounts of boba in my life. The consistency was like that of mochi, very soft and delicate yet bouncy and chewy like no other. Maybe they made it fresh right before I ordered it, but wow, I was so happy that I could have cried. It was life changing. I am a changed man...
