honestly the experience i had was unexceptionable. i’m not sure how the managers nor workers survive here. every single time i’ve came to this dunkin’ they have bene nothing but slow and rude. i sat at the window for 10 minutes waiting for someone just for me to pay. i asked at the window for hash browns and the worker tried hinting at me not to get them because they don’t want to make it. unreal. then had a super bad attitude saying we need to order at the speaker next time. understand it’s not ideal but when we were the only people in line at the time. they told us 2-3 minutes for the hash browns and comes back 7 minutes later with terrible attitude and just unbelievable rude. the food wasn’t even fresh. the middle of one the sandwiches was cold. and the has browns that we had to wait on were soggy before we even pulled out the drive thru. for a sandwich and a coffee it was 15 dollars with those hash browns added on some how 22. if you want some coffee i recommend starbucks or caribou it’s right down the road and well more...

The Dunkin’ Donuts in Cottage Grove is truly a gem! Logan, the manager, deserves a special shoutout—he is one of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. He always greets customers with a smile, remembers names and orders, and makes every visit feel personal.

The rest of the team is just as wonderful—everyone is friendly, efficient, and keeps things moving smoothly even during the busiest times. You can tell they care about providing great service.

As for the food, the donuts are always fresh and the bagels are absolutely delicious—my go-to! I haven’t ordered drinks here yet, but based on everything else, I’m sure they’d be great too.

I’ve never had any issues with food quality, but I stopped in today and felt like sharing as this was concerning to me. The girl who rung me up was friendly, no issues with my order.

Afterwards however, as I was waiting for my order, I saw the employee touch her hair/head with both of her hands, and then proceeded to take out donuts from the display case and into the bags with the same hands.

I immediately felt grossed out and would understand why this would be a food safety issue. And after reading the latest review of someone having hair in their food, it seems to check out that it could be the same person. That, or it’s multiple employees engaging in this behavior.

I would hope that the leadership/management takes this seriously. It could lead to inspection if it continued to...
