I got seated outside and was happy with my seating. That’s where my happiness ended! I was by myself waiting for guests but they didn’t care. I never got service. My brother came but I informed my other guests not to come. I watched the server go to every other table but mine for 15 minutes before he even came to the area I was sitting in. Once he did come over he went to the table next to mine that had just been seated. Finally he came to my table and asked if I wanted anything. I told him I wasn’t sure because I had waited so long. He processed to tell me that he would get someone else that would get my order quicker. 15 minutes later a different server showed up and took our drink order. I told him I wasn’t sure if I wanted a drink anymore because they never even brought me water. He told me it wasn’t standard practice to bring water but he would bring my drink order now. So I reluctantly ordered a drink. 15 minutes later the drinks showed up. Then they asked if we wanted food. I told the waiter I didn’t want to wait an hour for food. He insured me it wouldn’t take that long. He then left and didn’t come back for another 15 minutes. Once he came back I asked about the menu but he couldn’t answer my questions so I asked for the bill. After another 15 minutes passed when the first waiter brought the tab. I asked him to hold on because he tried to take off immediately. I told him I wanted to give him cash so I could leave and not wait longer to pay. He told me he would get someone that would take care of my tab quicker than he could. Finally I walked into the BAR and that’s all it is! To pay my bill my brother was sitting at the bar with his credit card out waiting to pay. I flagged down the manager and proceeded to argue with him for 5 minutes about how mistreated we were be there staff. All he did was defend all his staffs actions and ask us to pay and leave. I’ve had bad service in my life. All over the world, but this was by far the worst treatment I’ve ever gotten from a staff and even worse a manager. I will not return and...

There were 3 of us — 2 adults and our daughter. He chose to go here for his birthday September 2022. It was our first visit and will be our last. To start, we noticed right away that the entire place is swarming with fruit flies. I have worked in food and beverage long enough to know that things aren’t being cleaned properly. Drains aren’t being treated, bar and service wear wipes down properly etc. so while we sat there we were repeatedly beamed in the head or the face by fruit flies. It took forever to place the order. I do not remember what I had but I remember it was extremely SALTY. Our daughter had Mac and cheese. It was blackened and smoked and congealed to the side of the little cup it came in. We don’t serve Mac and cheese at home so this was supposed to be a special treat. She complained it was rubbery and truly it was inedible. How do you mess up Mac and cheese? Especially when it usually comes in a pre made heat and serve packet. He ordered chicken, veggies, potato. Like a chicken dinner. The chicken on his plate was raw. I’m not talking a little pink. I’m talking like raw chicken flesh sitting on his plate with a little grill mark and white on the far outside. Server never came back except for bill so we couldn’t comment on the food and our plates were barely touched. She made no comment on this either. It’s pretty apparent and she truly should have been able to see the clearly raw chicken as it was cut and fully exposed. Throughout dinner we battled both flies and fruit flies. We will not...

We really enjoy this place! They have all day 2 for 1s making my ammereto sours 3.25 a piece! Their food was reasonably priced with burgers and sandwiches 12-15 dollars a piece. Their patio was quiet which was nice for us as we like to talk. It doesn't seem like they have any food deals for a happy hour, but so long as you are okay with that you can expect a great time! I got the top of the morning burger and was delighted with the quality of food! The bacon is super thick cut and they are generous with it. It also came with a hearty portion of fries which were well seasoned! We are a huge fan of this place and will be coming back soon!

Update 12/26/22: We stopped by for lunch today. Our main waitress was wonderful, but sadly there were about 5 other wait staff who didn't do anything the whole time. Sitting in the corner talking to one another as the main waitress ran around working the bar, selling pull tabs, taking orders, clearing tables, and overall being an amazing worker. So thank you so much Neena, you're a saint.

I got the prime rib dip, the sandwich was extremely salty. I wouldn't recommend it, however my family got the Philly cheese steaks which were wonderful.
