I normally never review anything or stick up for myself when people are terrible at customer service. A situation occurred to where inmade a suggestion to the worker about how it could have been avoided in the future and she turned her back on me. I proceeded to try and get her attention because she was being extremely disrespectful she said “bye” and would not acknowledge me. I spoke to the manager and explained my concern in a very polite manner. Unfortunately, I doubt it will be resolved because she looked at me like a deer in headlights. And while I was waiting for my order they were speaking rudely about customers. Read moreBad experience. Probably won't be back to this location. Not sure what is was, but there appeared to be blood all over the floor on the way to and in front of the pop machine. It should have been cleaned up immediately. Multiple employees walked in it and over it, but nobody cleaned it up. Even if it wasn't blood, this is not okay. We were there for at least 45 minutes. Nobody wants to eat where it appears there may have been someone bleeding. At one point an employee did get a mop and bucket, but instead of using it to clean the floor, he parked it in front of the exit...on the other side of the restaurant from the blood or whatever it was. The mop bucket sat blocking the doorway making it difficult for people to get out. One customer even tripped over it. It sat there for 15 minutes before we left...
Read moreThis is our 3ed time walking into Noodles and the same kid is on his phone and not even knowing anyone walked in. One time we stood there for five minutes before the cook said something. Having your employees on social media and not even taking care of the customers is bad customer service and makes the business look horrible. I have sent in a message before to noodles and clearly they don't care that their employees are on the phone. If this is how you run a business we will not go back. This time when we went we didn't get everything in our order.
