Been here a few times and every time you have to wait in a super long line to check in. Arrive here at 4:15 and it took a hour and 15 minutes to check in. The line was crazy long .The hotel guy said that all 600 rooms were totally book . Hire more people to take care of issues. People are coming there to spend lots of money . They need to think of a better system to get people check in faster . Pool area was way to crowded .The sport side of the pool was closed for a while due to not having enough life guards to cover it. So the other side was packed . The pool check in has some awesome staff though . The wet bar had to closed due to a Broken bottle . Why would they have a glass bottle in there anyway .Things can happen. When ordering food in the bowling cafe area the lady had a hard time hearing the order due to all the noise . Perhaps have a order system make it easier on everyone. That way your not getting something you didn't order. Less frustrating for everyone . Our family had a great time bowling . Over all we had a great time . Just the pool area and waiting in the long line...
Read moreMobile Order is the only reliable way to get your food here, and they manage to mess that up, too. 15+ minute wait times, and that’s after you check in at the drive-thru. Every single visit is a game of “sauce roulette”. Order BBQ? Here’s your Ranch. Ordered Honey Mustard? Here’s your BBQ? FYI there is no large Lemonade. The medium is the biggest available, even if you order and pay for a large. Months of paying for large before I found this one out. It’s like they hired everybody who couldn’t cut it at Burger King (If you’re a local, you get it)! I can get by the minor issues, even screwing up my order with every visit, but most of the time the dining area is locked so the only recourse is praying they answer the phone (LOL) or hopping back in line for 15+ mins while they fix your order, so you can enjoy the rest of your cold food when you get...
Read moreThe food I got was really good. I've had a lot of missed items on my orders, and I've never said a word. Today was the day I did. I was having a bad day at work, and all I wanted were 4 nuggets and a lemonade. At first, they were snickering thru the drive thru. Didn't really bother me, I've been in that same state at work where no matter what you do, you can't stop laughing, but you HAVE to help the customer. Then, they tried giving me the wrong drink. When I said something (which I normally wouldn't, but like I said, bad day), I apologized and asked if they had what I actually asked for. When they gave it to me, they didn't say a word, and after I thanked her for doing that for me.
None of this would normally matter to me at all. Mistakes happen, human emotion gets the best of us, stuff happens. I get it. But after so many times? Just...
