I have never had a bad experience with my drinks or customer service at this location. I think this location is a fine establishment with the staff. They have always been willing to help and deliver the best service they can while keeping the environment clean and fun with any happening holidays.
On another point, I don’t think it is fair that some customers are including the traffic/parking/ physical location matter in their star review. The physical location is not within the staffs control and therefore should not be include in the review stars of their service.
That said, this place does have the worst location I have seen with Starbucks. When busy, the drive thru can get so crazy that it will go out to the main street and has the tendency to block traffic. It does not help that there is a traffic light about a 800 feet from this location. When it does get busy and you find yourself in the drive thru, stick with it. Parking in there is a nightmare. The drive thru goes through the parking lot and it will take you twice as long, if someone in the drive threw let’s you in, to get out. While not confirmed, I believe the parking next door is pretty strict on who can park in there by the nearby businesses. I hardly ever see anyone park in there when it is busy. While it’s nice to have a Starbucks closer by, I am surprised Starbucks got approval to put a store here, given the heavy traffic, the intersection down the street that has a history of car accidents...
Read moreThis Starbucks their customer service was on, but one thing they were lacking of was speed of service it took them almost 18 minutes to get me out my two drinks, although I know that’s not much to complaining about, it was a bit frustrating due to the fact that I had work in an hour and this delay Had made me late. This Starbucks is a really good Starbucks the drinks were made perfect and my order was 100% accurate. To be fair I did customize my order so I’m not too upset that it took a bit for them to get it out, the cashier apologized profusely for the wait and even offered to compensate, I wasn’t upset at all so I declined his offer. Another thing is that the drive-through for the Starbucks is a bit confusing it loops around and you can go straight out through the side of a one-way exit as I was exiting someone was trying to enter through the one way I think the do not enter sign needs to be more visible...
Read moreStarbucks has done away with their hot gluten free food options.
First, they did away with their gluten free sandwich, which had previously come in a safe and sealed wrapping. They then directed people, especially those with Celiac disease to purchase egg bites which had been manufactured for the Keto market.
Egg bites are regularly cross contaminated by staff, so Starbucks cannot guarantee their safety from flour dust. Rather than cleaning it up, and training staff on food safety, they just eliminated the hot gluten free options.
Returning food options for those with this disability should be one of their top priorities. Celiac is a recognized disability by the ADA. The globally dominate coffee franchise shouldn't be removing the only safe options on...
