When you see a sign in their window that states "Don't Try to Pass Your Pet Off as a Service Dog", you know they are mot going to be welcoming of your service dog. Before the host would even greet us when he saw us, he immediately turned around and walked over to the manager to tell her someone came in with a dog.
The manager (owner?) Came up and I stated I have a service dog. She immediately states she needs to see paperwork. I tell her I have paperwork on my phone but it is illegal to ask for paperwork. She tells me she knows about service dogs and that it is required for a dog to wear a vest AND carry paperwork. I felt very discriminated against as she says she seat us just this one time without physical paperwork. Shame on her. Google the Adults with Disabilities Act on service dogs lady. Also the food was terrible. The potatos are overly seasoned and they bake their biscuits in muffin pans and they fall apart as you try to butter them. Would never recommend this...

They recently teamed up with the Cottonwood Public Library to help encourage young readers, which was such a generous gesture, but honestly thatโs just one example of how often they show up for this community. Trina and her daughter Annie are constantly giving back in all kinds of ways, and they do it with so much kindness and heart. They deserve all the love.
On top of that, the food is great. Their pancake is hands down the best Iโve ever had. It might seem simple, but whatever magic they use makes it unbeatable. Itโs ruined me for all other pancakes. My kids love Annieโs too. Itโs probably one of the longest running spots weโve gone to as a family, and their fish and chips are always a favorite.
Places like Annieโs remind me why I love living in Cottonwood. Great food, great people, and a whole...

There were 6 of us and the table directly in front of us sat 6. My step mother asked if we could sit there and the blonde server didn't answer, so she asked again at this point she really needed to sit down. So we walked to the table and she sat down and for the third time asked if we could sit there. Finally the blonde gal said " that's why we have a sign that says please wait to be seated ". In k not only was she rude but the next table that could seat 6 was in the next room, there was no way my step mother could have walked in there! Our waitress was wonderful and we did tell her what had happened, but I'm sure nothing was...
