Tonight we had the pleasure of trying the new Four 8 Wineworks restaurant in Old Town Cottonwood. The meal started off with complementary Duros de Harina, a nice citrus chili crunchy kick start! The traditional style Southern Fried Hot Chicken was cooked perfectly, just the right amount of heat for me and NOT greasy (hallelujah!). We tried 4 sides with our chicken dinners, fennel slaw, jalapeño cornbread, greenbeans and bacon and elote off the cob. The sides are modest in size so you can try several. Finally made it up to Four 8 Wineworks this past Friday night for a glass of wine (the red was DELISH) and some food.
