+JMJ Friday, 19 August 2022... Finally, a day off to have a meal at this restaurant. Been waiting awhile since they reopened. Anyway, delighted to be able to offer a review of my first visit!! 😁 Warm welcome by the waitstaff. My server Dru was an absolutely delightful and very polite guy! My order of fresh salad with a DELICIOUS peanut sauce was superb: Crisp veggies and a just right portion. The spring rolls were scrumptious, hot. And, the sauce was sweet and added to the tastiness of the rolls. Yummy! And, then the Shrimp tempura arrived. My goodness! What an amazing portion. First bite of the shrimp was a taste sensation!! My! My! Then I discovered the vegetables. Man, I wouldn't mind eating my vegetables like this every meal: Crisp, not overly salty or spicy. Also, there is a sweet dipping sauce. Though initially hungry and thought I could eat the entire meal, even after the salad and spring rolls, I had to throw in my chopsticks (figuratively ~because I took them with me) and asked for a to-go box. Must mention that the more than ample serving of Jasmine rice was the just right consistency and a nice additional side. The background music was culturally appropriate even though modern. The menu is so extensive that I will have to return. And, before I had finished my meal, some other diners arrived. One in the party saw my meal and asked what it was. That is what he ordered. Additionally, he mentioned that he and some others had been there Wednesday past and that he ordered the Orange Chicken. He said it wasn't just good, it was exceptional. So, that is going to be my next meal when I can visit on a day other than Friday. If in Old Town Cottonwood a day when they are open, I encourage you to stop in. Great servers, ambience, and delicious food!

We were traveling from Massachusetts and stopped in for a bite to eat. There were about ten patrons when we entered. Loads of vegan and vegetarian options. Our server Drew was among the friendliest and most observant hosts and waiters my wife and I have had. Drew elevates the atmosphere of the establishment and the way he catered to us made us feel like the only diners in the establishment. Quick service. All dishes made to order. Many places think of vegetarian and vegan dishes as an after thought. This place knocks it out of the park going so far as to ask if you want your tofu steamed or fried. Additionally you can further customize on a scale of 1-5 for heat (spice) in the dish. If ever going to Cottonwood you MUST STOP HERE! I got Panang Curry at a 2 level for spice and it was perfect without making my nose run too much. My wife got the Vegetable dish and it was so many vegetables she had to do take away!

During a busy day of errands, I decided to stop here on a cool Sunday afternoon and see what it was like. To my surprise it turned out to be a beautiful little Thai restaurant. I chose to sit outdoors, the temperature was just perfect for me. The server was very attentive and the decorations were comforting. I decided to try the Pineapple Curry. I've never had a pineapple curry so wasn't sure what to expect. What I got was a flavorful delight to the senses. The heat (requested 3) was a perfect blend of heat and flavor. The pineapple added a bite and sweetness to the curry that blended well with the spice and heat. This is now one of my favorite curries, and I hope to get a chance to visit again before leaving the area.

The service was very friendly and the food was great! The parking area is a bit small, but being in oldtown Cottonwood, that's normal. There are plenty of other places to park if you don't mind a quick walk. The Pad Thai was excellent. I tried spice level 4, and it was a good balance of flavor and heat. They were also happy to make it with an allergy accommodation for me. Other things we ordered include fried rice, fresh rolls, garlic shrimp, and mango sticky rice, which were also fanatic. Their food and service have made me a regular customer. The bathrooms are clean and well-stocked. There are indoor and outdoor seating options, and they are willing and able to accommodate larger groups.

FOOD HERE DOES NOT TASTE THAI. Ordered a Thai tea, extremely sweet. Food is beyond greasy, see photo it swims in grease. Ordered a Tom Yum Gai soup, which is the hot and sour chicken soup it lacked Thai ingredients like GALANGA, KAFIR, and LIME. Desert, the sticky rice lacked quality, it was more like porridge, I've tried this sticky rice at several 5 star restaurants and it is sticky, but it has texture, I was served a lump of porridge, not enough coconut sauce. The only good thing about this place is service. The waiter was very polite and we were served in a timely fashion.

We had dinner on Sunday night, our second time at this place. The food is amazing, occasionally they have live music and the vibe is great. The only reason I’m not able to give a 5 star on service is we ordered a dessert and then waited 25 minutes for it to be served. By the time it came we were beyond ready to leave. Other than that the place is great. The restrooms are very clean. The lighting is nice and it’s not so loud you can’t have a conversation with your spouse!
