I thought the point of the workers outside taking orders with their tablets was to keep the line moving. The person beside me had not pulled forward enough to get behind the car in front (in the single lane). The lady outside kept large gaps in the line. When the car at the window was gone I had pulled forward into the single lane to order at the window, since the lady walked over to the other car to take their order. She then left them to walk up to me and tell me I cut in line then take my order which was confusing at best. I don’t understand how it’s possible and this has never been an issue especially since the other car did not pull into the single lane. Essentially she wanted me to wait with no cars in front, instead of allowing me to order at the window while she took their order. I was almost late for work and her poor service caused the other people to wait longer than needed as well. I have never had this happen here before even when busy. I hope she gets talked to and corrected....
Read moreI am really shocked at all the 5 star reviews this place got! I'd like to know what you guys are having that is so good! I went late in the afternoon about a week after the new Cottonwood location opened. I didn't want coffee and had heard someone say their tea was delicious so I tried the raspberry infused green tea. It didn't taste like real fruit infusion or green tea. It tasted more like raspberry kool-aid. Honestly, I think even kool-aid tastes better! That being said, their service was awesome! They had two people taking orders outside the drive-thru. They were really moving people thru there and I even paid outside. Then, she ran inside and brought my tea out since it was ready. I still had to wait for 2 cars ahead of me to get their orders before I could exit the line but I thought that was great customer service. I will go back and try a coffee drink if someone recommends one to me, but no more watered down tea...
Read moreTwo different instances in a week… This guy in a blue sports car cut me off in line and I got stuck for 15 minutes behind him sitting there drinking my coffee. Instead of the people who work there telling him to go around so the rest of us could get out, I sat there and waited a whole 15 minutes and so did the person behind me who had their drink. I got in line the other day and it was really busy and I watched three people who got in line after me get served before me. It is company policy for them to do this. I’m no longer wasting $100 a week at your store if you’re not gonna consider my time important as well. No offense to the people who work there they’re all fantastic and fabulous following the rules of corporate, but corporate isn’t cool for not considering the people paying their bills time as important. I don’t appreciate my time being...
