Harbor Freight — Local services in Cottonwood

Went in to look at the new USG Series 3 boxes late at night right before closing, Typically you would expect most employees to scuff you off so they can get the store closed and that was not the service I received. Paula and Mike were extraordinary to say the least. They answered all of my questions about every little feature on the new boxes. I initially just came in to look at them and I ended up spending over $2000 on a box, top box and 2 of the new series 3 side cabinets, amongst other odds and ends for my new setup. Harbor Freight is lucky to have these two employees. I'm quite impressed with their kindness, service and knowledge of the products. The 2 hour drive to this store is dreadful but next time I can at least look forward to being helped by some pretty awesome people....

Important I acknowledge Janie..Jennifer..Jeremy..Austin..Dalton..Courtney.and Pam....and will ask forgiveness if I missed anyone at this store..these awesome people truly care about their customers... the professionalism these individuals give every time I enter is greatly appreciated..and valued... this team is PERFECT... I Love every time I need to go in..because I know exactly my experience...without fail... will ask the people in charge if this store to please..acknowledge these excellent examples... they DO NOT come ANY better... that is truth...thank you my Harbor Frieght friends... The night crew two ladies and a gentlemen were all stars. I perchesed a 72inch tool box hutch and 2 lockers. The weather was horrible and the time I showed up was not great!!! They were extremely helpful and accommodating they made it happen loading everything onto my trailer. Compared to other harbor freight stores they set the standard for outstanding employees!!!
