I had the worst experience with Pizza Hut last night. As a long time local and frequent customer of Pizza Hut I decided to order delivery on a rainy night. I was unaware that this store does not have their own delivery driver, but instead sub contracts with door dash. Upon arrival I gave the driver $40 for my $33 dollar order. He then handed me only one piece of my four piece order and claimed the store messed up and only gave him one pizza. He promised to return to the store for the rest of the order and refused to give me my money back. I called the restaurant whose phones were apparently down and I kept getting transferred to a call center. I eventually decided to drive down to the restaurant myself. Where I was met with two teenage boys, one claiming he was the manager and the other a cook. They were swearing loudly and watching TikTok videos the entire time I was present. The manager didnāt apologize to me once, and claimed that door dash was responsible for the issue because the order had been made. I was refused a refund and only offered credit which at this point I would never use again. I demanded that my order be remade and requested to speak with a general manager who was not available. I then spent an additional 30 minutes waiting for my order to be remade while I fought with door dash about their driver Robert who stole not Only my food, but also my money, and was texting me insults the entire time I was waiting. The management was wholly unprofessional, the sub contracting to door dash while both parties refuse to take responsibility is completely unacceptable. I felt like I was a burden to these peopleās night, rather than a paying customer. I was kind and respectful yet firm then entire time and the situation still was not resolved. I have not received a refund and doubt I will. Do not order from this business, especially delivery. Also if you ever order door dash in this area, refuse Robert as your ādasherā because he steals...

Chicken wings 6 for 11.75 almost no sauce wings were not even halfway covered with the sauce and there was so little sauce in the container that I couldn't even dunk them myself.
Called manager to complain today. She had a negative attitude upon answering the phone before I even said a word (raised her tone like she was too busy to deal with the call) and then hemmed and hawed about giving me the full food discount for this items plus the chocolate chip cookie I paid for on a previous order that the driver dropped - which I told him to put a credit on my account, which didn't get done. Like I had to bargain to get the discount. Really!!
Seriously super bad customer service. I suppose they don't need my business anymore, or yours. I probably won't be going back - it was that bad.
Perhaps one of our hometown places will care more about keeping their customers when things...

I placed an online order almost $80 worth, and at checkout, it popped a box saying my payment method was incorrect, yet at the same time, my account dinged that I had a charge. When I looked into my account, it showed the amount had been pulled twice. I called to verify my order and spoke to Christian, who stated he was a shift supervisor. When I told him what happened, he told me repeatedly he didn't see an order under my number. There was nothing he could do and call back tomorrow. No, let's get your order in. If we charge you again, we'll get you a refund, nothing. No order. No solution. I asked him what about the double charge and my order. He said again there's nothing he can do and then hung up on me. That's disappointing given how much the food costs plus the tips. When I went back into my account to see if it fully pulled, it showed it was a hold, and thank God both transactions...
