I'd love to give this a 5 star because we eat here ALL THE TIME, but it wouldn't be accurate. The food is good don't get me wrong and they have a ton of beer to choose from on tap, but the servers are so hit and miss. There are a few who have worked here for years who have no personality whatsoever. It hasn't really stopped me from going I'll admit because honestly it's one of the better bars in Council Bluffs. I'd rather deal with chancing the mood of our waiter over the rowdiness of any other hundred block bar. All-in-all decent prices, well-made drinks, cool atmosphere. Has an older crowd most of the day that fades out by 9pm, after that it can get a little wild in there (100 block in general especially after 11pm). Advice for the staff: you work in a customer-based business.. smile once in a while, focus less on talking to your co-workers and more on making the guests happy. Also, the sound system is awfully loud and painful to listen too. Maybe turn it down or put those foam blocks on the ceiling and walls to help absorb some of the shrill. I do want to add though, if I could take away "best pizza in town" from Pizza King, I would give it to you guys. 5 STAR on that.
