Blimpie — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

Been going to this blimpies for over 20 years. Often do I look at reviews people post. Some are agreeable while others seem out of sort. I've never had a bad experience. When it comes to customer service as many who's been in customer service, knows how difficult it can be to handle difficult people. As I scroll down the reviews to the newest. I've never seen a bug my food in 20 years, I'm sure they offered to remake a sandwich as I've seen them in the past do, when a customer wasn't happy over the food they selected. However, how do you know the bug didn't come from the individual when they left the store, or entered the vehicle when they opened a door?. They are not racists and it almost sounds racist to say someone is racist when you met them a moment ago and they drug test. You can't make everybody happy but the employees try their best. Some of the reviews speak about rude staff. Never have I had that issue. More over, reviewers need to be absolute 100 percent positive when making public comments that thousand of people see and proof that they are indeed what your saying about them and a business. It's defamation of character and libel and can be sued to the full extent. So before you leave remarks that target individuals or a business as whole, be sure your facts are correct before commenting instead of just being upset and not...

This is a great place overall, the people who work there care, and are so friendly and clean! Thry have a good quality sandwich!!

I want to give a shout out and let you know how awesome my experience was tonight! You guys was packed, and Had Jay and Sarah working thier butts off, but they were so friendly. Keeping the spirit alive. They talked with everyone who came in the store. They were very fast and thier teamwork seemed to be amazing. They were so nice to everyone, and even went above and beyond being friendly. They were also honest, and went above and beyond after I paid to ensure my order was checked in correctly (they thought there was a mistake) SO MANY people would have let it slide, but they didnt.But This was Hands down the best Service I have had at a sandwich/fast food shop in my life. I don’t normally do reviews, as it takes a lot to upset me. I’ve been on the other side of that counter, as have my children. We were in last Sunday for malts after working outside all day, the young man (18-21ish)that waited on us was extremely rude, he spilled 1/2 my malt, then poured milk in to replace what he spilled. I explained I didn’t want chocolate milk (wasn’t creamy at all when he handed to me). I asked him to remake it & he didn’t like that, and instantly had an attitude. It was uncalled for.
