Disrespectful staff and terrible food quality. My family and I ordered a bunch of food as egg drop soup being one of them. My impression of egg drop soup as I’ve ate at many different Chinese restaurants and never once had peas cabbage carrots and a bunch of other odd stuff in egg drop soup. When we brought the food home never got the chance to eat it as there was a nat floating at the surface. Called them, was put on “hold”; well the phone was down as I heard people talk about orders and stuff. So I drove there because they forgot I was on the phone, they proceeded to make me a new one. Got home and realized what was in it and that this wasn’t egg drop soup. So I called them and the lady was super disrespectful, I thought they gave me the wrong soup and she said they only have 2 different types of soups. Lie they have 3. So I told her I would like my money back, the website didn’t mention all these different ingredients as they should incase someone is allergic. She then told me that they are closing to call back tomorrow for a refund. My fiancé at that point was irritated because we’ve been up there multiple times and have spent a lot of money to not eat it. So we went there and the lady offered us a different type of soup. We didn’t like any other ones and to that point we were just fed up, so we told tell them we want our refund. They rejected and said no refund and that only style of egg drop soup made is the one they have. No other styles. I usually don’t give bad reviews but this one tops the cake. Super disappointed and will never come back here again! 0 stars!
