Went through drive thru,had 3 people to order for and wasn't ordering fast enough for Antonio apparently. He was very rude when I asked a question about their boxes. Then when I told him I couldn't hear him he screamed at me. When I pulled up to the window I asked him if he was having a bad day. And he got snooty with me again. Only gave me two of the 3 pops that I ordered. Shut the window on me while I was talking to him and started laughing and then handed me my food and refused to help me any further. Half of our order was incorrect and we were missing our pop so I tried to go to the door to get it corrected and the door was locked and nobody would answer. Tried to call them on the phone three times never got an answer. Then when I called corporate the first time I got hung up on so I called back again and talked to somebody else and was offered coupons for three free items instead of my money back. Not sure how well that'll go over it'll probably be a limit which won't equal to what I ordered I'm sure. All in all was not very satisfied with the service at all! We'll never return to this Taco Bell so discouraging how people treat...
Read moreWas picking up an order 2 hours before closing time. All of the lights were on, and I could see employees inside. They looked out the window when I pulled up to the drive-thru but didn't say anything so I pulled up to the window and honked and waited. I was looked at a number of times before someone finally came close enough to the window to say "hi" in a rude tone, followed immediately by "bye" , and yet another rude tone, then they just walked off.. Since I was picking up a doordash order, I had to wait in the parking lot while I tried to contact support and also let the customer know I was going on. The customer decided to call the store as well and after getting no answer the first time finally had someone pick up and treat them in a very rude manner as well. Read moreMy wife and I our regulars we went today for lunch the crew on shift we have not seen before there customers service was terrible the lady there rolls her eyes when asking questions and just acts like she doesn't want to help the customers when we got our food my wife's nachos had dab of cheese that's it and just a bite worth of beef when I asked them to correct it they were rude we also had an order of fries and I watch (Colton) drop them then tried to serve it to me. We go there almost weekly and have never seen this crew but we are upset ab out the customer service and will not be visiting this taco bell for a while.
