My daughter, grandson and I went to this Subway. The experience was awful! My daughter and grandson were waited on then the man making sandwiches started working on online orders leaving me waiting. There was a lady behind me and she went to the man at the cashier register and said something to him I couldn’t hear and then he came over and started making her a sandwich. I said I still haven’t been waited on. He said she is a regular. I said that doesn’t make it right! She was behind me and said I’m on lunch break. Well that doesn’t make any difference, we all have some place to be. She should have ordered online then I guess. But in no way should they have taken her ahead of me. Then when the other man stopped working on the online orders for awhile he says what can I get you. I tell him I needed 2-6 inch sandwiches, one on white and one on wheat. When 8 get to the lady who is putting condiments on I see footlongs. I said I didn’t want footlongs. She told the guy who made them. He says I asked her and she said footlongs, I said no I didn’t. He proceeded to argue with me and said I asked you twice. I said you asked me twice about the bread. He kept wanting to argue until the lady said stop. I will not be back to this restaurant as this is no way to treat a customer in either scenario. They were rude and disrespectful to me as a customer and as a person! Read moreI've tried this location several different times over the last six months.. Not a very good experience any of the times I've been there.. I now go to the West Broadway location.. permanently.. Staff seems kinda "stand-offish".. This last time, the young lady that was making my sandwich was not wearing a mask, even though the door coming in says everyone is supposed to, to enter.. I swear I heard her say something derogatory under her breath as well after I just stated I need a sec.. Not wanting an argument, just a sandwich, I pretended not to hear it. I have read some of the other reviews and can see that others have reported unprofessional or rude behavior at this location as well.. Well, I got news for everyone.. It isnt folks just making it up.. There seems to be issues with some of the staffs demeanor.. Some customers are tough to deal with, I get that.. But, after about 5 different visits.. Read moreThe district manager of the East Broadway Location is very rude and would help me with an obvious issue. I ordered online and the transaction was pending against my bank account. Instead of trying to help me figure out what went wrong, she proceeded to be the most unprofessional person I have ever seen. Instead of stepping aside and helping me while there were at least 2 other people working, she just proceeded to keep telling the customers behind me, "I can help you." Insinuating for them to just cut in front of me because my order didn't matter. I may not look like it, but I have a degree in business and if I had ever walked in and seen one of my employees treating a customer like that they would have been fired on the spot. I will NEVER return to this store and I would like whoever is above this rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional woman to contact me regarding this issue.
