My husband and I eat at primos regularly and hardly ever have an issue. The food is always great and today it was delicious but I have to say our server was terrible. It was not busy when we went in, only one other table occupied. I asked for a booth and she didn’t acknowledge me, just turned around and grabbed a rag and cleaned one of them. The rest were all also dirty. But again it was not busy at the time. She was rolling silverware when we walked in so not sure why the tables hadn’t been cleaned. She came to take our drink order, we asked for margaritas (we are 27y/o) and rudely said “Im gonna need to see some ID and so we gave them to her. She scoffed to herself when she read them and got us margaritas. She hardly checked on us and we wanted more chips and salsa. Because we’ve been there so many times we knew there was an additional charge for a second serving of chips and salsa which is no problem. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked for it. After waiting long enough for another server to notice, she got our original server to come back over. Later we finished eating and asked for boxes and something to take the salsa we had left home and she handed us our ticket and very rudely said “just so you know there is a charge for asking for a second helping of chips and salsa.” I said I know and then she went and got me a container for it. She didn’t speak to us after that and didn’t come back to take our money so we paid with the code on the receipt. I’ve never experienced such bad service there and have not had this server before but it was shocking how completely rude she was. The charge for the chips and salsa was no problem. I asked that the refried beans that came with my order be put in a separate container as last time they were all over the foam container and I ended up with a teaspoon of them but I don't know if she didn't understand but still...Then the driver called and couldn't find out apartment number. I told him to go south , he was lost because he walked North. Then he handed my husband the wrong sacks. Hubby didn't know what all I ordered so he brought them into our house and a knock on the door as we knew they weren't ours. He came back to get them. Your service is bad, your food isn't all that good anymore and the delivery service is a joke. 1/4/2021* First I tried the on-line app to order our supper from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. to find out it didn't work. Then at 6:06 p.m. I called and talked to a human and ordered. I was told it would be an hour. At 7:30 still no food so I called and was told he was just leaving the restaurant. Sorry ... Here it is 7:45 and still nothing. First of all we are senior citizens and don't eat that late at night, especially mexican food. I'm not happy with them right now. I give them 1 star for answering the phone both times I called. *12/7/21 I ordered using the on line app. It was over an hour before our food arrived. It was cold and they left off lettuce, cheese and tomato on taco. I ordered mild sauce and got three hot sauces I couldn't eat. For the price we paid to be delivered I'm not sure I'll ever do it again. A ten dollar delivery fee plus tip is pretty steep...
Read moreVery poor service, we had a party of 6 and requested 2 booths for the simple fact that we had kids with us. We were fine with the 15 minute wait they told us for the booths, but then tried shoving us in a table without asking if this would be ok after waiting the 15 minutes which we told no due to the kids and they were packed. So not once but twice 2 side by side booths opened up and we got passed up for people who were just getting there. We waited 10 more minutes and no one even acknowledged that we were there for a half hour, and in that time got passed up for another set of booths. Yes the food is decently priced and good but customer service should always be a priority in any business especially a small business. I don't know whether it was the fact that I told the host a table wont do that made her upset enough to sit 3 individual groups within a half hour after our arrival or just how they allow there staff to run. I work for a big company in town and I know if I did that I would have been fired but beside the point I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place simply because service is horrible no matter how cheap the food is there is always another company that can do better and will be informing everyone who asks about the restaurant to avoid it completely! IN REGARDS TO THE OWNER: No it was not that she forgot we were right in front of her waiting and she made eye contact with us both times she sat the other groups that arrived after us, and customer service will always trump good price and good quality.
