I've had nothing but pretty horrible experiences with them and the newer dentist is rude and acts entitled. They don't send email reminders or text or call even though they say that they're supposed to. My daughter has waited 6 months now for them to get her in to put caps on and still nothing but "we'll get back to you". I love that they have movies and toy sets for the kids but it's kept completely unkempt. I tripped over a small chair and the second time a box then a stool with my baby in my arms. We were the only ones there but it was like that when we walked in and you could barely get to the desk and seating there was so much on the floor. I got upset because I almost fell 3 times and that could have hurt me or my baby or my kids had I fallen on them. The receptionists were on their cell phones during this. I ended up cleaning up everything so my kids and I could walk because they tripped too and my baby just barely is walking. Took me less than 5 minutes. You can't tell me they couldn't have taken 5 minutes off their phones that they were probably on FB on to pick up for safety. It's ridiculous and I don't understand how anyone would give them any rating at best a there. Plus the place is kind of inaccessible and hard to find because it's in an odd location. Been going there a year and a half now and still nothing but issues. I'm going to go back to my older kids pediatric dentist we went through prior to leaving town now that we're back in the area. I should have took a picture to post... Not being dramatic, 100 percent serious...
Read moreI used to enjoy bringing my children here for years. After each visit, the Dentist used to discuss with the parent what they did and the results of the child's checkup. This care seemed to have dwindled over the past year or 2. My last visit for my children, the hygienist called me back to discuss any concerns. As I was telling her my concerns about the first child, you can tell she wasn't too engaged. And before I started expressing concerns about my second child, she basically started to end the discussion. I kept expressing my concerns for my second child and then proceeded to the waiting room. After my children's checkup, the hygienist handed me a 6-month followup appointment card and started to walk away. I had to ask her if there were any concerns with my children and she said "no" and walked away. Nothing was said to followup on my concerns, I had no confirmation if they did x-rays on either child even though that was a conversation of a concern we had earlier, and no Dentist came out to discuss results. Later, my older child stated that the hygeniest never did go over proper flossing methods with my youngest (another concern i raised with her). I was completely disappointed with the care at this facility for my children and am considering on a...
Read moreI’m writing to express my disappointment with your billing and communication process. If the original bill had included an option to pay online, it would have saved me several unsuccessful attempts to contact your office by phone. I was unable to leave a voicemail, and I never received a return call regarding my bill.
The only communication I received was through mailed statements instructing me to call a number to make a payment. It wasn’t until the third notice that an option to pay online was finally provided—at which point I paid the bill immediately.
It is incredibly frustrating to now be informed that you will no longer accept us as patients, citing non-payment. The delay in payment was directly caused by your lack of accessible payment options and the inability to reach your office during business hours—not by any unwillingness on my part.
I will be sharing this experience with others, as it’s concerning how quickly your office threatens collections despite offering limited and unreliable communication and payment channels. Patients deserve better service and more accessible options.
Sincerely, A very dissatisfied (but...
