Quarthouse Bar — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

Went in to ask for water on a hot day and was told we don't do that there water in the park .we are all human and for other humans to treat someone in that sense is disgusting.will never be going to this bar to buy drinks ever main street tavern is way better and staff is way more friendly and would still give a person water on a hot day even though they are a block further...

The place certainly hasn't changed any, I think I still recognized some of the regulars haha. I went in at 10pm and they had karaoke so the place was full, so not many seats to be had, a little warm inside but someone turned on the A/C so I'm sure it got better. Beer was ice cold, perfect, nice place to do a drop in for a beer and move on, unless your planning...

This place is chill!! The patrons as well as bar staff r friendly and welcoming! I'm just the designated driver, I don't drink and they still treated me with just as much respect as they show someone pouring money into their establishment!! Dawn is the best bartender you could have on any...
