Went out tonight with friends had a nice time with nice drink pours! Left for a little bit and returned to order food to go for myself and my fiancé at home! Ordered two Cajun chicken sandwiches and wafer fries with cheese! My friend ordered 6 buffalo wings and fries! Food came out fairly fast in two tied bags! Bartender said two chic sandwiches for u and wings n ffs for u! We proceeded to wait for my friends Uber to stow and i left for barberton! I get home and have her food and she has mine! I got her wings and a chicken sandwich! Neither of us eat wings ! She was upset as was i! I called in to notify them of the error! Bartender says so u have her food and she has urs! So what do u want me to do about it??? Ummmm ur job and my money back! Food was $27 and i left $5 tip! He was beyond rude and blamed me for not checking food! Food is very delicious and tasty, at night is always messy and trash all over the place trash all over the floors everywhere especially behind the bar and around where they put food for Uber eats and DoorDash. brooms and clean up equipment stack by the ATM which is also buy the DoorDash and GrubHub and Uber eats stand. There is trash in dirty rags also by the ATM and by the arcade game by the window beer bottle caps and other safety issues are also all over the floors as seen by the pictures in a food service tray while I was there picking up food they dropped it on the floor behind the bar where there are drinks straws napkins and coasters all over the floor behind the bar they picked it up and went straight to serving with it definitely NOT the cleanest or most sanitary place!!! The cleanest room I’ve seen is the men’s restroom not to mention their office/supply room door is busted and kept open even though they have a push button...

I came here on 1/11/19 for $1 burger night. We've been coming in as a group on Thursdays at least once a month (if not more)for the past couple of months, and the past couple of times service has been going down hill. Our buns for the burgers were toasted so long they would just crumble when you touched them. One person ordered an appetizer and it came out cold. When the server brought out our food is when we noticed she was very drunk. Almost dropping some food and slurring her words a lot. We were there for about 2 hours and only had 2 beers each because if you don't sit at the bar you get forgot about. When they came back with beer i asked for another water, and they never brought it.
