My food has always been hot here, and mostly accurate, except the last time, which is now my last time. And I live close, ughh.
But with the 2 lanes, people will see you waiting, pull up in the other lane and order, as if other people aren't waiting. I don't like feeling like I've gotta plan out the perfect lane choice, like a sketchy supermarket. It's morning, I just want my normal que, everyone waits their time ordered turn. But not here.
This last time, I waited, tried to let the other people place their order, in proper que, and the lady asked me about mobile app, I declined, and I said I wanted the sausage and egg mcmuffin value meal (to be sure) and she said to pull through, they took my card, got to the next window, lady asked me if I had the meal with the tea and I said yes, handed me my bag, pulled off (shouldn't have to check, all the verifying). Well, lady had rang me up for buy 1 get 1 for $1, and added on my tea, regular.
If I specify "meal" then I meant to have the 3 piece, sandwich, hash browns, & drink. I've worked food service most of my life, it's a button for a meal, another entire button for just a sandwich, or a buy 1 get 1 (for $1) button. They're all different, sometimes different pages even.
I got a mcmuffin with no egg. Whole reason I went there that morning was for the egg. I looked at receipt, it showed how she rang 2 different items. First the Buy1Get1, then a free style beverage. I was charged over the meal price, and given less than I ordered.
I luckily had time to stop off at another McD's, down the road, showed them the receipt, told them all I really wanted was my actual sandwich I ordered, they made it right, and I got what I had asked for at this original McD (but not gotten).
I don't eat here very often, but I always went to this one. I won't again. She was opposite race of me, and I felt a cold attitude from her, and then it's like she intentionally gave me a lesser order, for a slightly higher price. Can't be certain, but my eager happy attitude and her disdain for me, felt too close to intentional for me. I know my place. I'll move elsewhere...

I’ve never been to a McDonalds where the staff has no idea what’s going on at any given moment. I unfortunately had the displeasure of visiting this mcdonald’s today and everything went wrong. The drive through line took forever. It seemed like one girl was taking orders through both lanes. Why have two lanes if one person is going to be switching through both of them taking forever to take orders. I ordered the $5 meal deal which is supposed to include a McDouble or McChicken, a 4 piece nugget, a small fry, and a drink. I chose the McDouble and asked for no onions because I am allergic. I let the girl know that who was taking my order as well. I received my food and everything was just wrong. I opened the bad to only a mcdouble and a small fry. No nuggets or the sauce I asked for. I let the person at the window know i’m missing nuggets and sauce and he said no i’m not and i’d have to go back through the line to get them because the girl only rang in my McDouble and fries. How does that make since at all, literally the stupidest people i’ve ever had to talk to. I understand mistakes happen and it can get stressful in a restaurant, i’ve worked in 6 different restaurants, this is just blatant stupidity and not being focused. Something needs to change. I also went another time and ordered a happy meal with a hamburger. And surprise to no one they forgot the hamburger. How do you forget to put the hamburger in the b happy meal. That’s the main thing. Another example of the stupidity pouring out of this establishment. Read moreThis McDonalds is the worst managed and worst operated in Ohio. Seriously, go anywhere else but here. The sign says two lanes open to order. Obviously the person doesn’t switch lane orders. I saw five potential customers leave. In fact ordering and waiting took 20 min for six cars. Then I thought I’d try the double QLP as a look arge meal. They don’t have Diet Coke, she said. I asked for unsweetened tea. I saw southern sweet tea on the order and had to ask again for non sugared tea. She said they didn’t have that. She asked if I wanted I unsweetened southern ice tea. I asked what was the difference, I want unsweetened tea. So the order was a double QLP, large unsweetened tea and large fries. In the order I got a disgusting over cooked burger with 2 small stale bacon, a tiny bit of stale brown lettuce with a tomatoes slice without salt or pepper. It came with a small fry order and one large unsweetened tea and a medium southern over sugared tea. I saw the manager in office apparently overwhelmed and moving very slowly. None of the staff had any motivation toward work or serving food they would eat. I was overcharged due to the messed up order and the food was disgusting even far below McDonalds usual 1.5 star rating.
