We came in and ordered, after a short time a girl came to our table set the food there and walked away not saying a word. No napkins, no chocolate milk that we paid for and the regular coke and no sugar coke had no tab pressed so we couldn't tell what one was the right one. My diabetic wife got the wrong one and went to the hospital. When diabetic people order no sugar it's for a reason. So we had to go back to the front for multiple things, the napkins and no chocolate milk then a hospital a little bit later. We also had the privilege sweating while eating with no air conditioning while it's 84 degrees outside while dining. Horrible times and services but one thing that was great was the great increase in the menu prices. Come here if you're interested in the worst service around. The only good thing I can say is the wait time isn't that bad but I'd happily wait a few more minutes than to have to make a trip back up for missed items. The missed items thing is 3 times in a row now.

The kiosks never work, a receipt won't come out most if the time or they are down, my chocolate milk is never on the tray and the burger was so greasy I literally had to use napkins to take it off and the meat was half raw.

Just another terrible experience here They served my son raw meat. This happened to me before in my old review above. I had to specifically tell my son to eat with caution and watch for raw meat because of this places reputation. Not 5 minutes after telling him he bit into raw meat. I called the so called corporate number on the wall only to get a woman on a cell phone returned my call. Its not really corporate even though it says that. I think shes some regional manager or something. I was unable to take her call at the moment she called because my son was in a Doctor's office at the time and she said I can call her back any time and I called back for weeks she never answered the phone or returned messages so I finally called Corporate.
