Wendy's — Restaurant in Coventry

This was the dirtiest Wendy's I have ever been in. We stopped in for a quick bite, or so we thought. The restroom was filthy. Toilet paper on the floor. All surfaces had smeared fingerprints. The sink was dirty and wet. Soap was dripping from automatic dispenser on counter. The trash barrel was overflowing. The toilet paper was not clearly visible (I almost thought there wasn't any!), and when I pulled it down it had feces on it🤢.

After leaving the restroom, my friend was waiting for the food they ordered. They were told they would be getting fresh fish and therefore had to wait. While waiting, we noticed the greasy fingerprints all over the dining room, the ketchup dispenser with the lid half off, the Hi C drink splashed on the wall (that had clearly been there for longer than a day) the grimy napkin and condiment area, and the smeary greasy fingerprints throughout the kitchen and order counter. The place was not busy at all (and I can see why). There were at least 4-5 people working there.

I wanted to suggest we leave and forget the sandwich, but we didn't have time to go somewhere else. We had an appointment to get to. After 10 minutes the sandwich finally appeared. The sandwich looked overcooked and greasy and it wasn't even warm. It is fair to say we will never...

I was unaware the doors close at 10. Well, it’s only 2 or 3 minutes past 10pm and I walk in the doors, which are STILL OPEN. Lady kicks me out so she can lock the doors. I say I’m sorry I just have to use the bathroom really quickly… she says nope, doors close at 10. So now I have to leave and find somewhere else to go. I was already through the doors and I’m 4 months pregnant, on the verge of peeing my pants. Couldn’t you have waited just a couple minutes for me to relieve myself and get out of your hair? A man was still inside who went in only a few seconds before I did, but she did not kick him out for some reason. Wendy’s is one of my favorite fast food chains, but I will definitely be avoiding this specific Wendy’s location from now on. Thanks.

Edit: adjusting my previous review from 2 star to 1 star. Had to come back here to complete a DoorDash order, unfortunately. There was a soda in the order and the woman at the window completely overflowed the cup, I think there was more soda OUTSIDE the cup than inside of it. The whole thing is wet and sticky and she didn’t even bother trying to wipe...

Went through drive through and ordered food, passenger was the one ordering and had several questions, beside the female and male workers flipping back and fourth talking it went fine. We pulled up the the window and the guy opens the window and with attitude says “the driver has to order we can’t hear anything you said” this was after they just took the order totally fine except for some reason added 2 meals not one so I think he was upset I corrected his mistake when I got to the window. This person then continued the attitude and said “I can hear myself fine through my mic it’s you” he said this and I ignored it handing him my money and he said it 2 more times and I made a joke saying “well we can hear ourselfs fine” once this was said the guy got upset and said “do you want to go home without your food?” Then proceeded to give me my money back. I’m not sure why this happened but they definitely have horrible attitudes at this location and this isn’t the first time they messed up and got upset after...
