Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Covina

So just stopped by here with my daughter to get some ice cream been coming here for years we sat in the car and ate it while we talked she took pics of the ice cream and wanted to take a pic of the open sign loves taking pics of everything as so many young people do after she gets back in the car a lady from the store confronts her and says “did you just take a picture” proceeds to walk up to my daughters window my daughter replied yes I just wanted to take a picture of the place cuz I liked it the lady then says “well next time let the workers know because they were afraid they’re doing something wrong” first of all we live in a social media world this is not odd behavior kids and adults take pics of EVERYTHING second what are you afraid of doing wrong???? Hmmm I’ll be rethinking where I eat ice cream for the next time kinda ruined the...

yesterday when I went to baskin Robbins location in Covina on grand ave idk if the employee was upset because I got there maybe 2 minutes before he was closing but I ordered a banana split didn’t pay much attention to it when I got it at first. But on my way home the scoops were so small that I could literally pick up each scoop with my spoon. It was so upsetting that I didn’t enjoy it i tasted more banana then I could taste ice cream. That’s how small the scoops were. I know for a fact that they weren’t even kids scoop size that he gave me. This is not correct and every Customer should receive the same amount of customer care from beginning to end. I’m paying for my banana split not the employee. It was so upsetting to the max. I hope something can be resolved in regards to this. I already contacted corporate about this as well.

I was not only delighted by the refreshing flavor of the ice cream but also by the exceptional service provided by the staff.
