I originally asked for a kiwi starfruit and the barista told me they were out of the juice to make the beverage. She informed me they could make the other refreshers. I asked for a mango dragon fruit refresher and after waiting about 7 minutes or so it came out as a yellowish liquid. I was upset because that would have changes my choice if the person who was taking my order had informed me they didn't have the items to make the drink to completion. Once the order came up I asked to confirm that it was the beverage because it didn't resemble the original drink made with all of its components. Another girl stated it tastes the same but they have no berries. I had said that no one told me that there weren't any berries for this drink as well. Instead of asking if I wanted another drink, because I hadn't even touched it she retorted with I just got here, no one told me ethier, I just make tge drinks and it tastes exactly the same. Although her tone wasn't rude at all I feel they should have a) notified the customer if there was a missing part of the beverage to make sure that is fine b)offered another beverage if the customer wasn't satisfied and wasn't informed. Instead the other girl decided to try to defend. I feel on the part of the person who took the order and the person who talked to me at the end and made the drink this should have been handled differently. This experience reflected a lack of customer service. I would recommend going to another location if this situation would bother you as well. The drink did taste like the orignal drink. It just looked like yellow urine instead of a beautiful put purple with added texture. I don't like to profile people specially during this times but she didn't give me my receipt. Maybe she needs another job where she doesn't deal with people. She looks Asian/Hispanic a tattoo on her left arm she has some.roses or something like that. I asked a drink she told me.they didn't have I said oh, she said we can do it this way etc I said ok thanks. I order another regular coffe and a cookie. Her body language was just awful, she didn't have to say much but her body language said it all. I got my coffee she didn't offer or ask if I wanted sugar or creamer etc. Usually. Everytime you go to sturbucks they asked etc I was more in disbelief how this employee was behaving . I didn't want to tell her off because it was too early and my teen wanted a drink and was waiting and the car, didn't want to teach my teen that is ok to be mean to any person that is working. But the girl just wow. I asked for creamer since she didn't ask. Her attitude was awful she gave it tome but she didn't even say o sorry I didn't ask nothing. She needs to go. She needs to be somewhere else but not helping people. If I ever go back is just go get her name and send a big message to corporate . Disgusting.    Read moreI went to the drive-thru and asked for two of the pumpkin cream cold Brews (Venti). I also asked for them to be upside down. The guy who took my order asked what is upside down. Which I thought was really weird that I had to tell him what upside down was considering that's a very common thing at Starbucks. Then I get to the front and he is about to hand me two Grande's instead of two Venti's. So then I say hey I ordered two ventis not Grande's and also why is the price still the same price as the ventis. He then gets his manager who says oh sorry we didn't have enough cold brew for the venti so we just did Grande's and we forgot to change the price in the system. In my head I'm thinking why didn't you ask me if I was okay maybe I wanted to change my order I did not want Grande's I wanted ventis and I certainly did not want someone to assume that that would be okay. In the future I would probably ask someone if that's okay because maybe I would have gotten something completely different instead of that. A grande for me was not enough coffee and if I would've been told ahead of time I would have just changed my order....
