El Oasis Fisheria — Restaurant in Covina

The food was okay, really only okay. I was expecting some salsa but they gave me a condiment cup of tapatio, why? I had packets already. We ordered the shrimp cocktail, again being fair it was okay, but the issue was I got charged for a medium but got an 8oz. Styrofoam cup I was shocked and called to make sure but the lady didn't know. Sucks, she was very proficient in using the register and taking my tip but wasn't honest. I would say this is a group of amateurs in a good location. Good luck to them. Never going back.

Sorry, had to amend just to fair. I do only post when I receive incredible or horrible service. I just spend 34 dollars for a kids meal, 2 fish taco, and a "medium" shrimp...

I live in the area, seen this place a few times in 2019 but never stopped in. Tonight I did & it was Amazing! Service extremely friendly! Even the staff behind the counter found a way to connect with guest. Food was delicious & flavorful! I had garlic shrimp with rice and temperature of food was hot. Salad came with my meal - it was an average salad. My sweetie ordered shrimp cocktail- yummy & a spicy shrimp tostada that was delicious- right amount of heat 👍🏽. His food also had nice amount of flavor. We got there at 9:37pm & they close at 10pm. I was a little worried how our food would taste -this place did not disappoint!! Too good to go user review: They tell me to pick up at 5:00pm-5:30pm to pick up my bag and I show up at 5:05pm during the pickup window and they are closed. Unbelievable! This place is located in downtown Covina which is busy all day especially in the evening and today is the weekend and Sunday. I now have to go through the refund process. What a waste of time and gas. You should not tell people to come pick up food during the time when you are closed....
