PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! This place is such a joke. First off i’d like to say I’ve been here over 8 times at this point since my friends used to love to come here but they all one by one got kicked out lol. One of the times I came here I was almost denied entry because of my face tattoo (nothing gang related says “Apache” I’m native) the security at the front told me to make sure just to keep it covered ( mind you as I said earlier I’ve been here so many times)… couple weeks later same thing but the guy at the front calls the owner and the owner says it’s fine for me to come in … I went last night and now since I’ve been going I cover my tattoo up with makeup to try and avoid the annoyance of them trying to decide if they want to let me in … well I got in and saw 2 guys with face tattoos all out and open and my friend was like what the heck I guess they are cool about it now? So I go to the bathroom and wipe my makeup off and the moment I come out this female bartender who I’ve never seen at least not the nights I’ve been because it’s usually all dudes starts freaking out and going up to every single bartender of hers and telling them about my tattoo even the owner the owner looked like he didn’t care much but since the broad make such a huge deal and kept whining to everyone about it security came up and asked me to leave lol I asked for a refund and they gladly gave it to me I was asked why I wiped it off and I pointed at the guys who also had face tattoos and they didn’t even care. The lady who made a huge deal about me looked like she was pushing 55 with one foot in a coffin… why even work at a place with pretty girls around if you’re going to be jealous and nit picky. As you can see on their reviews they deny and kick out everyone and anyone for dumb reasons even kicked out someone for wearing a specific type of button up…This place acts like they are a high class bar when it’s just a ratchet hang out spot. Get with the times your target audience has tattoos everywhere people just want a place to vibe and listen to music and mingle you guys are killing your own business at the end of the day… oh also think about replacing your female bartender she looks like she’s about to enter retirement soon there’s so many other pretty younger girls who would make your place...
Read moreMy dog and I stopped in today for lunch after hiking a local trail. We're from out of town, so we googled pet friendly places near us, and rude dog was listed. It said that dogs cant be inside, but can be on the patio. Im hard of hearing and my dog is my service dog in training, but since we weren't working today, I didnt bring her vest. Granted, by the ADA, she is not required to wear a vest, but I wanted to at least respect the establishments rules of not having dogs inside the building. So when I needed to use the restroom and pay my bill after my meal, I tethered her to the table with my stuff. I come back and there's a bald man - who im going to assume is either the owner or manager - and he asks if she's my dog, I say yes. He asks if she's PET-ABLE. I tell him no, she doesn't like being pet. He starts raising his voice at me and cussing, asking 'why the fck' she was there if she wasn't friendly. I corrected him and told him that she's friendly, but she doesn't like being pet by men and I prefer if people didn't touch her. He continues to rampage on about how she cant be here if she cant be pet, and that I cant leave her outside and need to take her inside with me. If dogs are allowed inside, maybe you should update the misinformation that's being falsely advertised. But while this was our first visit, it is definitely our last. The place is properly named, as the man was just as rude as the title. You're not entitled to touching other people's dogs just because you're a dog-friendly establishment. Dogs have boundaries just as much as humans, and they need to be respected. Don't throw a fit because a woman...
Read moreAfter reading all the reviews I was hesitant to come here. But I thought I'd get my own feel for it. The night started out good. I opened a tab at the bar with a male bartender and he was quick with the orders and was smiling the whole time. He provided great service. The DJ was playing a good mix of hits from club, hip hop and even some disco. The sour taste in my mouth was left by a server. I don't recall her name but she was just the absolute worst. My friends had ordered some shots of tequila. A little over thirty minutes went by and she came back to ask if we still wanted them. We told her we had been waiting. Twenty minutes later she finally brought them over. I simply asked what took her so long. She snarled, excuse me?! She then proceeded to grab the drinks and storm off. She then walked over to the security and whispered something in his ear. He walked over and asked what the problem is. Now, I've worked in security, hospitality and food service industry. I know all the dirty little tricks. She assumed the security would kick me out. But I explained the situatiom and noted her professionalism. He nodded and walked off. And if a customer ever complained about service to me, I would apologize and explain. Maybe even comp a drink for the long wait. I would never take it personally and act the way she did. And the fact that she was so comfortable doing it means there is a lack of discipline from the management staff. That girl needs a fresh lesson in customer service. I guess all the comments were true. All the servers are...
