Just left a few moments ago; very dissatisfied. My husband and I went for happy hour because we saw their post on IG. We sat down and our server was Susan, she said “welcome it’s happy hour, would you like a drink”. We ordered margaritas, tamarindo and cucumber. We ordered another round, strawberry and watermelon. Final round of watermelon and cucumber. We also ordered beef nachos. We received our bill and everything was regular priced, when i asked Susan about it she said that what we ordered wasn’t eligible and that where we were seated also doesn’t qualify for happy hour. Did she express this to us once?? No. According to her, we should have noticed that there wasn’t happy hr menus at our tables (it’s not a huge place) and that happy hr menu is only for the bar area. No where is there signage that says this. Not even on the picture. She said our margaritas were craft and couldn’t be marked down, only strawberry because it is “fruity”. Mind you, on the menu it doesn’t list margaritas as FRUITY and last time i checked, watermelon, tamarindo and cucumber are considered fruits. She said no one else was confused by this. She claimed to be the manager and marked $2 off SOME of the drinks, not all. And said there was nothing else she could do, and that the nachos i ordered were not happy hr nachos even tho she didn’t specify there was a difference when i ordered them. All in all, extremely misleading marketing and rude management. I had been there a few times but i won’t be returning.

Everything about this place sucked from the food to the service the enchiladas looked liked a baby barfed all over my plate along with it tasting just as bad as if it was actual sour barf so I sent my food back My boyfriend ordered POZOLE it had a tiny bit of shredded meat and cold homony the teenage waiter just put my BF bowl on the table and walked away without even asking if we needed anything else it took 10 minutes to find him just to ask for the fixings that should've came with it just to be told they don't serve tortillas with POZOLE it only comes with 2 fake tostadas which made no sense because the ladies next to us had tortillas with there nasty POZOLE ..... BTW the owner is super rude and she is not one bit professional about this issue and her disgusting food that alot of people seem to complain about on Google and Yelp along with thinking she shouldn't train her staff better it seems the bad reviews out weigh the good maybe she should stop harassing someone just leaving an honest review on this disgusting place

The menu prices on the website need to be updated, my Ensalada Azteca is listed at $12.95 but it's $19.95 now. It was tasty but overdressed so it got soggy fairly quickly, it would benefit from a heartier mix of greens (it says "mixed greens" but it was basically shredded iceberg with a bit of shredded carrots) to keep up with the carne asada. The wet burrito would look better with some parsley garnish or something to offset the sea of red salsa (it was supposed to be green salsa). The Mololitos were tasty but when the server asked if I liked chorizo I assumed it came with the dish as I did not see any options listed, nor did he mention an additional charge (and it would've been better without it) there was a $4 upcharge. When our food was served, one of the two dishes was not ours and it took about 10 mns to get my plate. Neither time did the female server take the empty appetizer dish, she may be new The house margarita was delicious!

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the manager and General manager. We called to make reservations for a party of 6 and the person asked if we wanted inside or outside. We asked for inside because it was a very hot day. When we get there, they said we have a party that made reservations and if you want to sit inside you'll have to leave in 35 minutes or move to another table outside. We said wait, we called and made reservations too. She should have told us there was no inside seating at that time so we can choose to go somewhere else. We asked to speak to the manager and explained the situation and she repeated what the other girl said about having to move when the other party got there. We were made to feel like second class citizens. She saw our frustration and said well what do you want me to do? We're thinking, do we really have to tell you how to behave professionally? If I were in her place, I would've said, I'm so sorry for the mistake and if you'd like we can sit you outside and give you a discount or a dessert for your trouble. Since that didn't happen, we suggested it. She did an about face and prepared a table outside and next thing we know, the general manager comes out with a serious look and says I'm the manager and was told to come and see you. We told her we were fine and told her what happened. She proceeded to tell us that the other reservations were made two weeks ago. We thought ok she just doesn't get it. She didn't apologize. Now, what made up for that bad experience was our server Jason. He was extremely professional and super sweet and went above and beyond. Sit in Jason's section, he'll take...

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years and have always loved the service and the manager was the friendliest. However today the experience was unbelievable by the young hostesses greeting customers.

We walked up for an early dinner at 5 pm and were told the wait was 5-10 minutes and we were okay with that. Then after 5 minutes we are told that a table under a white tent was available and because of a previous experience at that same table where is right next to the street and cars driving at excessive speeds, I don’t feel comfortable seating there. So, I told the girl that we would rather wait a bit longer for a patio or inside table. And this immature, rude young person responds, well that’s the only table we have. As I said so you are telling me is either that table or nothing and a another girl comes out and asked what was the problem. I explained we are willing to wait for another table but obviously that’s not a choice and she said we have lots of reservations. Now the last time I called for reservations I was told they no longer take reservations and it’s first come first serve. This new girl tells me oh well now you have to make reservations two days in advance.

I said no thank you and I walked away.

Maybe you feel you have too many customers and you don’t need my business which I think is a ridiculous thinking for a business. I was a loyal customer there at least once a month if not twice but that ended today. My suggestion is train those young women to be polite and some decent customer...
