I'm updating my review to 5 Stars. If I could use the meltzer system they would be 7 Stars. That being said The entire staff at this location has been a source of positivity and professionalism. The last few months of my life have really been not great. Diego and Luz I'll correct if needed. I'm still learning names Have gone above and beyond customer service expectations. When I've been drowning in stress and financial instability, they've always been on shift at the right time. I don't want to leave anyone out either. She is the type of manager to not help customers even though she was requested many times to speak to a customer. This request was coming from the customer and not to their surprise, paz, who is the manager never came out to talk or ask about their problem they had with the food. She would also yell at employees and try to belittle them when they had questions pertaining to their job. Also not to mention she would also make tacos and other foods/ drinks without ewearing mask and sometimes without even wearing gloves. Now the employees aren’t actually too much of a problem as they would actually try to help the customers while also trying to complete their daily tasks, such as cleaning, taking orders, or cooking the food. Read moreReally bad experience at the Taco Bell we usually frequent. Not our usual experience here, but this was our first time coming here on a weekend. They got almost everything wrong on the entire order. Then gave us a hard time when we tried to get it fixed. The cashier seemed more concerned in proving that it wasn't her mistake by asking to see our receipt. It wasn't her mistake - the errors occurred with the food preparers. But that was besides the point. What made it all worse was that my daughter who was near the restrooms, overheard the staff talking smack about us as if their inability to read their own orders is somehow our fault. They quickly shut up once they noticed her walking by. It such a shame that the staff threw all the incorrectly made food in the trash.
