Arby's — Restaurant in Covington

I would have liked to have given them more stars, as I am quite fond of Arby's variety of sandwiches, and so is our family. We came through and placed a LARGE order, via the drive thru and the young lady even repeated it back to me to make sure things were correct.

However, when we got our order, we pulled up to check it before leaving and found 2 of the sandwiches were missing. We took the whole order inside to the front counter and explained, even had the gentleman look to verify. He was very nice, but the person working the back apparently thought we were trying to just get 2 more free sandwiches.

We spent over 60 dollars, we weren't after freebies, and this isn't the first time this has happened. Unfortunately more than once we got home and found things missing or not the way they were ordered, which is why we stopped this time to double check before we left.

We know things can get very busy, and hectic, but they weren't busy and there was no huge line in front of us when we pulled...

A lot of people were please to see an Arby's open in this area. But the service has a lot to be desired. Arby's is among the most expensive fast food restaurants. When you pay this much for food, you expect better service, but you won't see it at this restaurant.

Food: Decent enough for Arby's. You'll see pretty good quality meats for a fast food restaurant.

Ambiance: loud and noisy, even with a total of 3 customers. The music is loud, the TV is loud and trying to compete. Then there are the loud beeps and bangs from the kitchen. When I got here, the trash was overflowing. Though it was removed while I seated.

Service: indifference. Got the wrong sandwich on my tray. It wasn't worth it for me to bring it back because I thought it would take too...

Food is always good, but, since we can only use the drive thru I have had to endure the most rude, mumbling,, and unfriendly window employee named Richayala. She is always there and when I order and hear her unfriendly voice I cringe. I go to Arbys more than once a week and EVERY time I get to the window she is rude and when I ask for extra Arbys sauce she stated today "It's in the bag", when I ask for more, she gave me 2!! One time she said she wasn't authorized to give more than that. This girl should be fired or not at the drive thru window.
