We ordered through the drive thru, once we opened our food we realized that our kids had curly fries in their bags and were supposed to have crinkle cut, and one of the other meals did not get any fries at all. My husband went inside and they gave us the fries. Then my husband opened up his sandwich just to realize it was not what he ordered, so he went back inside to get his correct sandwich. They handed it to him and he came back outside. He opened it and it was cold. He realized that the guy just grabbed it off the line because it was the one that was supposed to be in the bag so it had been just sitting there through the whole situation of him having to go in and out for fries and then back in for his sandwich. So I went back inside this next time and asked if my husband could please have a fresh sandwich instead of a cold one. I proceeded to tell him which sandwich it was and he just cut me off and said "I know." As he started walking away. He did give me a free dessert card at this point. Then as my husband bites into his sandwich, and he spits it back out because it was slimy and chewy. At this point we just had to get a refund and my husband did not eat dinner.
I do not usually leave reviews, but this was the worst our food has ever been messed up at a fast food restaurant. We specifically went there because we wanted something quick to eat as we were on our way home and it was late. Also, through this whole situation our baby was crying. I know that is not their fault, but naturally it made it all the more frustrating that we were not able to just get our food and go home.
Also, we did not complain about this, but a long with everything else already going on my son was complaining he could not bite through his chicken. It was chewy and grissly... We will definitely never be going back. We honestly never go there anyway, but seeing that the one time we did this was our experience... We definitely will not be eating...

The service is unlike any I've seen at any other fast food restaurant name other than arby's. I have never been there where I was through the drive through in less than 10 minutes. This last time I had been in line for 10 minutes and still had 2 cars in front of me to the window. I dont know why arbys as a whole l as rely doesnt understand the concept that you have to have enough crew working to handle the business and get customers out quickly. Slow service means less customer throughput which means less profit. No fast food is worth waiting 15 minutes to get my food. I can go to a sit down restaurant and get my food faster than that and pay about...

Just make sure you RECEIVE 8oz of meat on your sandwich as being shorted on meat portions is a very common here. I've had to call corporate as a result.
