Update: Changing from a 1 star due to the manager making it right. She called, apologized, and offered to remake my sandwich. I was unable to return on the date I told her I would. She called me again to ensure I knew her offer still stood. I went in and she made my sandwich herself and it was amazing and not toasted. For the manager to go out of her way to make things right really helped. I appreciate her very much!
Husband ordered food online...first mistake but ordered me a sandwich so I could eat on my lunch. The store did not put cheese on my sandwich that we paid extra for. So I spent my lunch driving to the store to ask for a remake (it was soggy by then) and realized my husband stupidly asked for it to be toasted. So I asked the worker to remake my sandwich it was missing cheese but I don't want it toasted. She absolutely refused to make it and not toast it. She stated her manager told her she has to remake it just like the receipt. I said but just make the sandwich exactly like it's ordered and don't toast it. She REFUSED. I understand if I wanted to modify or add extra stuff but I didn't. I just didn't want a warm sandwich. So I had them remake it anyways and ate the most disgusting subway sandwich. DONT ORDER ONLINE! Read moreSpoke with manager on duty who refused to give me his name and said it was against policy to give out a name for complaints or reviews, but he was a heavy set short brown hair white male no name tag and my wife had received a coupon code for bogo 50% off and was told online only, so she went to order online via her phone and the manager turned off the online ordering for his store. All other subway stores were available for my wife to choose from except this store she was at? I also called and tried to get a response from the manager who was rude and is obviously is a very unethical person to pull such a dishonest move and should not be in management, where customer service skills are a must. Read moreI went there today to get a protein bowl and a sandwich. On the protein bowl I asked the kid waiting on me if he could chop it up when he was done (every subway I've been to since March has done this so I could actually eat it with the fork they give me because the pieces are huge) and he nodded yes, then his manager very aggressively states "No. We don't chop those. That's a chopped salad with double meat." I'm not sure how it would be that... If there's no double meat and the same amount of ingredients as before... Just chopped. And again, every subway has done this since I've been on this diet. Not only did they not chop it, the bowl was barely halfway full. For 8 dollars ...
