Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cranford

Went into this Dunkin donuts on April 12th and the customer service was horrible. I stood at the counter for almost 10 mins. No one asked to take my order. People looked at me in my face and didn't even acknowledge I was there. Literally standing there with my wallet open and card in hand ready to make a purchase. It's bad enough the doughnuts and munchkins are a little on the stale side. They could at least provide good service. I walked out without purchasing anything. Rather spend my money...

Terrible Customer Service. I went in there and the staff was rude. Unprofessional. I would rather go next door to the Starbucks and pay extra money to have excellent customer service.
